Dadab, the smartest Grunt in the Covenant, has mysteriously found himself in Equestria, and he's not alone. With him came an overly bossy Kig-Yar pirate, and a technophile Huragok. What shall the strange trio find in this magical new world? Glory? Fortune? Power? Or will they instead find more than they bargained for?

Ashlan is the deadliest assassin in Tamriel. He was caught by the captain of the guard, and put aboard a prison ship to Skyrim. That should've been the end of it. But after a renegade dragon attacks and leaves the ship a splintering wreck, Ashlan finds himself in Equestria, the newest province of the empire. Inhabited by the 3 variations of Equestrians, along with numerous other species, it is not yet fully settled by the empire. With this knowledge in hand, Ashlan sets out to make a new name for himself, for away from the Empire's eyes. Still, nothing is ever as easy as it sounds, and Ashlan will face obstacle after obstacle trying to fit in to this peaceful land. And yet, Ashlan may find that his particular skill set is just what Equestria needs when the Nightmare cultists rise to shroud the land in eternal darkness! This the story of Ashlan, who's tales will be sung by the Bard's throughout the ages.

My life was simple: Wake up, go to work, go to bed rinse and repeat. Not the most exciting or fulfilling life, but I like it. It was simple, no one ever bothered me and most importantly it was orderly, no chances of me getting into harms way or going off to do something stupidly dangerous. But I guess the gods have other plans for me as I'm flung into the universe that all bronies love/wish to go. Then again most broines don't know the difference between the real Equestria and one they wish to believe in...and I'm getting the front row seat for this shit storm. Novel Tale is an author that's been living in Canterlot for about ten years now. That's a pretty good track record for a changeling. He's even included a changeling character in his latest book, and his fans have been loving his take on such an obscure mythological creature, especially his biggest fan, Twilight Sparkle. Things are looking up!

Then an army of changelings from another hive attacks Canterlot.

Now all of ponykind knows that changelings are real, and his readers are sure to realize that the changeling in his book was too similar to the real thing to have just been based on a myth...

Sup, the name's Mark. Or was Mark, anyway that's not to important anymore. Just know that while I lived on Earth, I was constantly under pressure to follow the rules and fit a mold that didn't fit well with me. My life was constantly controlled by a system I despised.

Well since getting sucker punched into Equestria by a goddess those days are over. Being the one and only Winged Wolf in the known world is a huge help to being able to make my own rules. I'm finally free to do what I want, when I want, and how I want and that's exactly what I'm planning on doing.

Set in the same universe as The Ballad of Echo the Diamond Dog and Griffin the Griffin.

I did get permission from both Rust and BlackWing to use the same setting as their characters. Go read both of their stories. They're awesome. Reading them is what made me want to write this story in the first place, so if you liked this, you'll fall in love with those stories.

Added the Dark tag just in case. There will be a decent amount of violence later on. Will add character tags as they become important to the story.

Red Team had been given an assignment. It wasn't the usual sort of assignment. They were assigned to defend their base 'until further notice'...and then never received notice. All announcements sounded pre-recorded, and enemy assaults were few and far between. The enforced inactivity was slowly fraying the bonds of the team...

...until something unexpected arrived. A tiny creature appears one day in their fortress, in need of compassion and care. Somehow, she finds that in this group of strange individuals, as she becomes their baby.

It's been over a year since the Arrival of Ford Mustang, a former human being from Earth, now a full-fledged Pegasus in Ponyville, and things have been going really well with him and Rainbow Dash ever since they became a couple nearly a year ago. With their one-year anniversary coming up, Ford decides it's time to pop the question and ask Rainbow for her hoof in marriage. However, an unknown force of darkness rises from the shadowy depths of the earth and achieves his ultimate plan that can not only seal the fate of Equestria, but for the rest of the world as well.

Now, without the aid of the Princesses and the Elements of Harmony, it's up to Ford Mustang and his elderly dragon friend, Hindel, to set things right and stop this monstrous tyrant once and for all. But is Ford up to the daunting task at hand? What kind of allies will he run into along the way? And what is Hindel's connection with the vengeful pony from long ago? Three best friends end up in Equestria but not all of them are ponies. One who isn't a brony, and even borderlines on being a hater, is a griffin. Together these three best friends will fight changelings, ponies, demigods, and the god of chaos himself.
