Tau Niem is an alien - a Danarian to be specific, an extraterrestrial progenitor of the Human race. Once an honored diplomat for the Third Interstellar Federation of Danarian Clans, he was 'dismissed' from service. Without any attachment to his former life, he took to hopping through time with the aid of a prototype time-machine that may, or may not, exactly be legal...or even ethical. Somehow, he fell asleep one night in his past - our present - and awoke somewhere else...somewhere with a lot of ponies.

Due to a combination of blood magic, an ancient elven artifact and the well placed punch of a golem, the Commander of the Grey and several of his fellow Grey Wardens find themselves in the magical land of Equestria.

Coming from a land that not only has magic, but fears and mistrusts those who use it, how will they react to see land of ponies who depend on magic to keep their lives in perpetual harmony? I was a college student who had a plan for my life, 2 weeks from graduation, a good job lined up, good friends, and I find myself swept away to a land called Equestria. I didn't arrive voluntarily or even as a human, pony, diamond dog, griffin, dragon, or any other natural citizen of the equestrian world. I got to experience it all as an individual that is truly one of a kind.

In ancient times it was said a race of warriors, hailing from an alien world once walked the ground of old Equestria.
They were called the Silver People, a race of bipeds with glimmering armor and swords that came and assisted the alicorns during a time of great peril.

But even after grand victories and countless deeds, their kingdom lasted only for two-hundred years when according to myth, they had turned to the dark path they once swore to fight.

Millennia later, Twilight Sparkle's curiosity gets the better of her, and she is fully determined to learn what drove Mankind over the edge, and their fall.

Ken was a human orphan, no parents, no siblings, no relatives. He was alone in a cruel world that want nothing to do with him, until the day a saiyan got sealed inside him, his body changing into that of a saiyan/human hybrid. From then Ken's life changed as he was brought into a science lab for the next two years of his life, treated as a specimen and scaring him mentally. His only comfort and friend being the saiyan sealed inside him.

All that changed, however, when he is transported to a mysterious world, a world called, Equestria.
