It started off simply enough, Applejack's embarrassing childhood nickname. Everyone had one, Sunset's was Little Firestarter. The group ignored it, even when students take it a step forward and start teasing the farmer about it.

However the next day, after a sleepover at Rarity's involved all of them dressing up in silly costumes the fashionista had made, things got worse. Those pictures were posted online, and the poster, Anon-A-Miss, also left derogatory comments.

Those pictures came from Sunset's phone, but she doesn't remember posting them. What's going on?

I've been feeling empty lately. Not sad, not happy, just... empty. I fake a smile around the girls. I don't know if they notice.

There is something that ends the emptiness. I don't like it, but I'd rather feel pain than nothing. So long as the girls don't notice. I don't need that kind of attention, or worry.

AN/ this story contains descriptions of cutting and self harm. It doesn't describe the act, but does describe the aftermath. If you don't read it because of that, I understand.

When Sunset Shimmer is accused of a crime she never committed. She tries to convince the public she never did this but when harmful words are said the only thing she thinks she is not worthy to live but a certain special person in her life comes along and saves her life, will they make it? or will it be too late.

After the betrayal of her friends over the new rumors of Anon - a -Miss, Sunset finds herself stranded in a school that now hates her. But as she continues to persevere through the harrowing school days, she starts to see that not everything is perhaps as dark as she once made it out to be. Even if her own friends don't believe her, that doesn't mean there aren't others that do.

Various short stories based on the Anon - a - Miss story line that I've been so enthralled with, but done in a far lighter tone than most of the stories I tend to come across on the topic. Events will be altered slightly, as well as an addition of a Suicide tag which is for a later chapter, which will be warned in advance.

Sunset is trying to come to terms with what she has done. She ends up dealing with guilt, depression, and trying to understand friendship. Can Vice Principal Luna, and the Mane 5 help Sunset with her feelings, bullying and life in general.

After going to a training session with Sunset gets in a accident and the girls help Sunset recover.

I made this story because I don't really see a lot of accident in this sense.

Anon-a-Miss succeeded. Sunset Shimmer no longer hangs out with her loved ones. One day, the creators of the account realize that Sunset doesn't show up for class. Worried, they went to her house and discovered sad news.

Following the events of the Friendship Games, Sunset's homesickness wins out and she returns to Equestria. Though forgiven by Twilight and pardoned by Celestia, she still faces some resentment from the citizens of Equestria.

But one pony believes that everypony deserves a second chance. Even if she denies it.

Sunset's life was great. She had been forgiven by (most of) the school, was on track for graduating with honors, and best of all, had five amazing best friends she wouldn't trade for the world. But after the events of Anon-a-Miss, her whole world is flipped upside down and she must rethink her relationships with her friends.
