"Hey girl's!" Sunset called from the entrance of the school.
"Hey, ready to go?" Rainbow asked. Well none of the girls were ready, well except for Sunset that is. This afternoon Sunset had invited them to watch her training for motocross. She had gotten very into motocross ever since the friendship games.
"Rainbow I was born ready, plus nothing is gonna happen. I've been training for this moment, nothing is gonna go wrong." Sunset confidently with a smirk on her face. She really did love her friend's but they worried to much.
The girl's all nodded as they headed to the students lot where they each got into their vehicles. Sunset slipped her red helmet on clicking a button and bringing down a sun visor down. She put the key into place and revved the engine her black bike roaring to life. She had the girls behind her leading them to her apartment to pick up her dirt bike.
The wind felt good on her body but she would have to pack her gear before she left. She had only brought her gloves with her. Any other day she would have walked to school but she had promised her friends so she had to bring it.
As she pulled into her parking space as did her friends. Rainbow was the first out of her coming over. She saw Sunset turning off her bike her helmet was sick with a demon on pasted on the sides. She ran up to her as she stood next to her bike with the key in her hand. she looked up at Rainbow and for the first time Rainbow notices the orange visor. "Just saying I your helmet is sick." she said.
Sunset pressed a button on the side of her helmet and the visor flipped up and you could she her large aqua eyes. Then fiddling with the helmet there was a small click and she removed the helmet her hair falling perfectly. "Thanks." she said. As each of the girls got out they made their way towards the pair. Then making their way into the small apartment. Sunset made her way into her room as the girls waited in the kitchen. Grabbing her boots, jacket, gloves, helmet, goggles, and riding pants and shoving them on after putting on her precautionary knee and elbow pads. She had always been safe but she also new that the gear would only do so much if she where to wreak. But nothing would happen it would be fine. before leaving her room. "Ready girl's?" she asked "Do you want some water?" Each of the girls nodded and she got seven water bottles one for each of them putting her's on her pack. Then leaving.
Sunset looked at each of the girls "I may be a minute starting up the bike you guys go get ready." the girls and got into their cars. Sunset struggles with the rip cord for a minute then finally getting the bike to start slipping on her helmet and goggles then making her way at the front of the pack.
Around half an hour later they pulled into a dirt lot. Sunset stopped the girls stopping as well.
"girls your gonna have to park this is a dirt bike only path, sorry but you can make your way to that little hill and see everything." sunset said the girls nodding and parked then made their way over to the hill as Sunset restarted the her bike. then making her way over to the track.
To say that the girls where nervous would be a understatement. Sunset had managed to wiggle her way into all of their hearts and watching this made all their hearts race. only Dash seemed to notice the long stretch of road that went through the entire track. It even went back to the lot next to a large dip. It made her shiver for some reason, remembering the games when Sunset was attacked by those plants but nothing would happen Sunset even said it would be fine.
Sunset looked from the start point and gave them a thumbs up that they returned as the bike roared. She speed off starting the track she'd done this a thousand time's. The first jump was always the hardest as you would barely have enough speed if you pushed the engine right up to it but to much and you could fall and get torn up.
She landed the jump perfectly and speed up more the speed bumps where next slightly easier but still easy to loose control on. The round had gone well so far and the next few parts were easier and she new by heart the downward slope and double jump. She'd lost control many times on these parts but over time they had gotten easier for her to do she almost never slipped up. Well except for that one time it rained and gotten really torn up. She had to call Fluttershy cause she couldn't get home on her own. Fluttershy had insisted on helping her clean up. There was blood everywhere and Fluttershy had basically dragged her into her car cause she wouldn't get in the car in fear of getting blood on her seats. But it was worth it. Shy had helped her clean up to.
Rainbow notices a black truck pull into the lot and race around doing donuts almost flipping the truck multiple times. Sunset would never notice him over the roar of the engine as she came down after a double jump coming into the stretch. The truck stopping momentarily stopping. They looked like they where gonna leave.
Sunset raced down the slope and took a sharp turn. oblivious to the truck in the lot. the next turn would be the last turn until she would go around a second time. As she turned she notices the large black truck racing down the track 'What the fuck? Who is this dude and why is he on the track?' Sunset thought in alarm as she took a tight turn as she felt the impact and getting thrown into the ditch her bike rolling onto her as they came to a stop in the ditch. There was pain coursing through every part of her body.
The girls watched in horror as they saw the truck race onto the track just as Sunset raced into the home stretch finally noticing the truck. She mad a sharp turn as the truck smashed into the bike sending her and the bike flying into the ditch.
