Spike was raised in the Dragon Town area of Fillydelphia, until his sixteenth birthday when he discovers his true origin and it leads him to the Sun Princess of Equestria. At her suggestion, he moves to Ponyville, taking over the local Spa and finding himself growing close to everyone in the small town. He'll find where he belongs with those he bonds with.

Honorary Prince Spike Dracon Solaris has never left the safety of the Canterlot Castle, despite his want to do so. Over time Spike will push his limits at home and go out to see the kingdom he promises to protect, with the help of his sister Cadence, cousin Blueblood, and family friend Shining Armor of course. The four will learn of hidden conspiracies and lost treasures while growing to learn what it truly means to be heroes and a family.

A sweet story that focuses on family and growth other than adventures but a lot of actions and adventure will still be intersected with the slice of life stories.

Long story short, I was a brony. I woke up one day to find myself in Spike's body. Dream come true, right? I'm in Equestria, I could interact with my favorite ponies, etc.

Well, as it turns out, I just happened to wake up right at the beginning of Season 1. Which could only mean one thing: I can change the future of Equestria. I could solve problems prematurely, prevent disasters from happening, and keep Twilight from going insane.

So now, my mission isn't to hug my favorite ponies, but to make sure everyone gets a happy life.

What Spike saw in the doorway of King Sombra's crystal palace hasn't left his mind. The fear of Twilight abandoning him haunts him through recurrent nightmares. Anxiety taunts him when he's at his most vulnerable, reminding him of all his failures, all his inadequacies, all his wounds.

One night, this fear and anxiety manifests itself in a full-blown nightmare, dragging Spike face-to-face with his greatest fear. What if Twilight never needed Spike in the first place?

Takes place right after the Season Three opener (before Episode Three).

They have known each other for most of their lives and have since become good friends, so it only makes sense, right? However, the day they move in together, Spike and Sweetie slowly begin to realize that some things they've known all their lives might not be the same as they were before. With all these changes happening around them, what will come of Spike's and Sweetie's friendship?

Spike has enough. His daily life consists of cleaning up messes, running errands, and being left out of the fun. Twilight and her friends go on epic adventures, sing songs, party, and have a fun time. It's time for Spike to change his life for the better no matter the cost.

(The beginning of this story starts before season 5)

It's been one hundred years since all of Spike's friends passed away. All he has now is Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, and sometimes Discord.

Feeling lonely one night, Spike remembers befriending the dragon princess, Ember, and decides to finally visit her after all these years.

They have a lot to catch up on.

Spike and Gabby have been dating for quite some time now, but this is the first time Spike has invited his girlfriend to spend Heart's Warming Eve with him and his family. Will Spike be able to survive the onslaught? Will Gabby achieve her secret goal?

Right after the events of the sonic rainboom, it is decided that Spike the newly hatched dragon is to be sent to live with his own kind, but with all the negative relations with the dragons, it was bound to cause trouble, the guard tasked with the transport of the whelp decides why risk his flank, so he flies to the Everfree Forest and deposits the baby. But he is unaware that he flew over 5 little fillies who all happened to making their way to the small village at the forests edge.

They see the guard leave the poor defenseless baby in the forest, so they retrieve him, but this has its consequences. Spike who started out with no family, now has 5 mommies.

Hearth's Warming Eve has arrived once again, and Spike has a very special gift for Flurry Heart that she is sure to love. However, some grumpy pony shows up from out of nowhere and declares his intention to ruin Hearth's Warming! Left alone, it's up to Spike and the Cutie Mark Crusaders to stop this pony and save Flurry Heart's Hearth's Warming. Can they do it?
