Hi, my name is Ember. I used to be a human, but after meeting this freaky woman, I'm in Equestria, and I was even transformed into a dragon. Sounds Cool right? It. Sucks. Equestria is just like Earth, and I want to go home. It's not much fun living in a world with technicolored ponies, especially when you have to deal with tons of prejudice. Now I have to find a way home, deal with ponies that think I'm going to eat them, and even deal with dragons that want to eat ME. What the hell have I gotten into?

After the Changeling's failed attack, a full-out crusade is set against them. Many find a way to simply slip away. One is hapless enough to fall into the hooves of those his kind fought against. The changeling is promptly sent to the only pony Celestia could trust with such a thing.

I'm Griffin, not much else to it. I've been bullied most of my life, which left me bitter and sarcastic. I'm a closet brony. What? You think I'm just gonna go out and tell a world that hates me that I watch a cartoon intended for little girls? I don't feel like giving the punks at school any more ammo. That's when cosmic powers decide I need to take a trip to my favorite fantasy land. But all is not sunshine and rainbows and it certainly won't be after I'm done with it. Equestria from the point of view of an extremely pissed off teenager, with a twist. Rust, the author of 'The Ballad of Echo the Diamond dog' is awesomesauce enough to have a cross over between our stories. Carnelian is a boss when it comes to art. Pinkie Pie has an existential crisis while painting her room. This self-parody is dedicated to Professor Piggy, who once told me that I could write a story about Pinkie watching paint dry and weave it into an incredible psychological journey. Let's see if he was right.

A hack author (from "Extremely Terrible and Horrifying Stories" and "Mystery Pinkie Pie Theater 3000") is attempting to write his next magnum opus. Then Pinkie Pie happens.
Not the most original idea in existence, but hey, this is my take on how it would play out.

[CANCELED AS OF NOVEMBER 24, 2012] The Cutie Mark Crusaders have really done it this time. In yet another attempt to earn their cutie marks after hearing an adventurous guest speaker in class, they set out for the Everfree forest to search the old castle ruins. After the ground collapses beneath them, they find themselves in a mysterious cavern. The Crusaders soon discover a stallion who was turned to stone by a cockatrice. After taking him back to town, they manage to thaw him out with the help of Twilight Sparkle. The stallion, one Sir Buck "Buckshot" Apple, claims to be a resident of Ponyville... That is, the Ponyville of one thousand years ago. The Crusaders take him to Sweet Apple Acres to meet the current generation of Apples, as well as to give him a tour of modern-day Ponyville. Misadventures ensue as the time-tossed knight, now the oldest living earth pony in Equestria, shows everypony how the champion of the old school rolls, and attempts to find a place for himself in a world that's all too familiar, but all too different at the same time. Sir Buck must come to terms with the events his disappearance gave rise to, as well as how to relate with a family legacy one thousand years in the making.

That was the way of life back in Clopton. A city where survival was a daily battle.

Having made a few too many enemies, you move to Ponyville with only a bag of bits, the tools of your trade, and a couple jackets to cover the scars you've accumulated in the past. You don't trust anypony as far as you can throw them, but can you mesh well enough into the little country town to support yourself?

It'd probably be easier without that colorful maned pegasus bothering you.
