But what happens when the cause dissipates and there are no more loved ones? The Locust War took everything from Clayton. His home, his friends, his mother, his father, his brothers, his aunts, his uncles, his cousins, his nieces, and nephews. His entire family gone. But still he made that a cause, to avenge them. To fix everything that happened to them. But what happens, when he completed that goal?

This is a Gears of War 3 crossover.

Takes place after the events of Gears of War 3 and after The Crystal Kingdom Episode.

Two worlds that were never meant to connect. The apocalyptic war raging throughout Sera now finds itself raged in the magical land of Equestria. Ponykind finds itself allied with Humanity in order to survive not only the brutal and merciless nature of the Locust Horde, but that also of the dreaded and mutating Lambent.
Hero's will rise in these times of war, those who have already proven themselves saviors of there land will find themselves fighting a battle they have never fought. Lives will be lost, hearts will be shattered.

The battle with Lord Tirek did not end the way it was supposed to. The centaur was still sent back to Tartarus as he should have been and Equestria and all of its' ponies were saved, but thanks to one final act of defiance, Twilight vanished without a trace not long afterwards.

One month after her disappearance, Twilight has returned to Equestria, but not in a state anypony was expecting her to. Now they're all filled with questions about what has happened to her, but what tale does she have to share with them? What is she willing and unwilling to tell them?

In a remote corner of the Solana Galaxy lies a backwater planet called Veldin. Nothing important ever happens there. Nothing exciting, either. Ratchet, a Lombax with no idea of his origins, is beginning to grow bored with his life, and dreams of excitement. He wishes on a falling star for some excitement to find its way into his life.

The falling star answers by crashing into his home in the form of a basket carrying a tiny creature with a horn, a pair of wings, and four hooves. The name on the basket reads "Twilight Sparkle".
