When Sombra, ex-ruler of the Crystal Empire, is discovered alive and well, Twilight has her hooves full keeping the tyrannical king in check. Instead of the original plan of throwing him in a dungeon or banishing him to Tartarus, Celestia decides to go with the plan that worked out well enough for Discord.

Pinkie takes the job, and gets right to work in helping Sombra become a better pony. Will Sombra finally change from his old, wicked ways and reform? Or will he instead strangle the annoying, pink menace known as Pinkie Pie?

Not Cloud Kicker, that's for sure. She's a mare who knows what she wants out of life. An easy job, a nice house, and an endless supply of potential banging partners. Then one day a simple little flower vendor moves in down the street and everything starts to change.

As a side story to the main Time Loop Trilogy, you can expect massive spoilers in the comments for both the original stories and unwritten chapters of this one.

Out on the frontier, the only friend a pony can really trust is the gun in her hoof. Out where the land is wild and the buffalo roam, more than a few ponies have foregone scratching out a living on the farms or mines to seek riches and glory on the wrong side of the law. As a particularly mysterious and valuable cargo heads west on a long train journey, six mares follow with trouble in their wake, each intending to claim the prize for her own.

Also, a lot of ponies get shot.

A terrible affliction has befallen the peaceful town of Ponyville, and the lavender unicorn and her friends are right in the middle of it! And the edges of it. Heck, it's pretty much lavender unicorns all over.

A story unrelated to anything.

One hundred years ago, ponykind discovered they were not native to their planet, Equus. For the past sixty years, they have been working on a spaceship to return them to their true homeworld. The young unicorn scientist Twilight Sparkle has provided the final piece of the puzzle needed to complete the gigantic mothership intended to lead their return, a technology to fuse pony and machine into a single organism. Refusing to allow anypony else to undergo the highly experimental procedure, she sacrifices herself to become Fleet Command. In just months, the Mothership will finally launch, and an age-old journey will begin.

Elsewhere aboard the ship, six ponies who would, in another universe, have been her close friends and companions prepare. Shining Armor is commanding the vessel's final assembly, including the permanent integration of his sister into its computational core. Applejack commands life support, keeping fifty thousand ponies alive in the depths of space. Fluttershy has just come aboard as the ship's lead zoologist, a renowned expert in animal behavior whose talents will, hopefully, extend to alien life. Rainbow Dash is a scout pilot, one of the ship's complement of defenders, as well as the tip of the ship's mission of exploration. Rarity is a master machinist, ensuring that the new and experimental technology the ship is working on always has a certain artistic flair. And Pinkie Pie is a pastry chef by day and entertainer by night, ensuring in her own inimitable way the ship's continued morale.

But none of them have the power to see what awaits them in their mission...
