Chrysalis was always a proud creature. She was proud of her heritage, of her mate, and of her changeling brood. She loved her family dearly and was considered by the changelings to be the "Great Mother". However, there came a time when that was put to the test.

It all started with the birth of three sirens.

After her plans were ruined her hive now in destruction all shes has left are two young changeling. When she is saved by one of the ponies responsible for destroying her plans the great Changeling queen is forced to make certain choices. Will the choices she make now be for the better of her last remaining children or will she lose them for good?

Three years before the predicted return of Nightmare Moon. A young Princess Mi Amore Cadenza hears about the tale of the Changelings. She feels a kinship to this race that subsists on love, and convinces Celestia to allow her to go alone in a mission to try to learn about them and normalize their relationship with Equestria.
Soon, she meets Queen Chrysalis, and the bonds between those two will determine whether the mission is sucessful or not.

Alternate title: Titles Are Hard. It's been a week since Rainbow Dash saved Scootaloo after she jumped in to Ghastly Gorge and Rainbow Dash is keen for her to go back to school, as well as make good on a promise. What happens though when despite her best efforts, the little filly still can't fly?

This story is a direct sequel to my story "I'm Tired Of All This" and you really should read that story first. An OC will be introduced later in the story. Here's hoping I don't get torn to pieces for that! Alternate universe tag thrown on to be safe because this fic totally disregards the events of S3, most notably Sleepless In Ponyville and Magical Mystery Cure.

A dalek appears in Equestria - not just any dalek, but the one that had been corrupted by Rose Tyler's DNA. Since befriending the Cutie Mark Crusaders and gaining the courage to tell her mother off, Diamond Tiara has enjoyed a relatively peaceful home life. That peaceful life is shattered suddenly and unexpectedly however, when Filthy Rich dies!

Such a loss would be painful enough as it is, but on top of that Spoiled Rich turns around and leaves her daughter at the Ponyville Orphanage, leaving poor Diamond without a family.

Fortunately, the filly is soon adopted by Dizzy Twister, Scootaloo's mother. But is Dizzy up to the task of raising a heartbroken filly, how will Diamond Tiara cope with her new home life and loss of somepony so dear to her, and how will Scootaloo react to the notion of having a sister in the form of a pony she once considered an enemy?

Many people have many theories about Scootaloo. Some think she's an orphan. Some think she's part of an abusive household. Others still worry that she's somepony's illegitimate offspring that's hidden away.

However, the truth is far from that. She has a loving mother and father, and she means the world to them both. They've gone to great lengths all for her.

However...they're just a little...strange. Especially since neither one is comfortable with coming out except at night.

Rated Teen for some adult language.
