The Canterlot Reformation, Reintegration, and Parole Office. Where supervillains, other-dimensional monstrosities, and general ne'er-do-wells are sent to become better people and reintegrated into society after their encounters with the Elements of Harmony. Some are just there for the therapy.

Surrounding some concerns about the turnover rate of villainy and general evildoing in Equestria lately, Twilight Sparkle (a.k.a. the entire reason the department EXISTS), decides to take a good look at the inner workings of the CRRaP Office. Or, more accurately, audit them.

Unfortunately, its staff includes five mares who are a hair's breadth away from turning evil themselves. If they could be bothered to give a damn.

Ever since Tirek's rampage, Princess Twilight Sparkle has been working tirelessly to expand the Equestrian Earth Exposition of Trades and Magical Arts to Ponyville and to the general population. In order to bring out all the lost, ancient arts and magics of Equestria that could have helped in the troubles of the last few years. It's a symbol of peace, trust and cooperation between the Tribes.

But it isn't just the good that's come out of hiding, but the bad as well. And it wants all these arts for itself...

Twilight sealed off her heat when she was twelve, thinking it was just a distraction she didn't need in her life. After she got her new castle, she reveals this fact to her friends. Now her friends decided to release it. After all, what's the worst that could happen?
