When a Starfleet ship discovers that the Orion Syndicate is enslaving ponies, her commander decides to do a good deed and return the rainbow-maned pegasus home to Equestria. Things don't go smoothly for the crew of the USS Judges, but what they find may be one of their biggest discoveries ever.
A Friendship Is Magic/Star Trek Online crossover.

Three tenno find themselves stranded on a small planet on the outermost region of the origin system after a sabotage mission on a Grineer Famorian results in faliure. They quickly find out that the planet is inhabited by intelligent life forms, and that said life forms are the new target of the Grineer and their twin queens.

Can the tenno neutralize the grineer threat or will the planet and it's inhabitants be utterly destroyed?

My name is Karn, it's been over one-thousand years since I became a Tenno.

I've faced all sorts of horrors and challenges.
The grineer, a race of clones, seeking out others to stabilize their own DNA and hating anything or anyone not like them.
The corpus, a conglomeration of commercial and industrial interests, they acquire Orokin technologies and warframes to trade and sell using any means necessary.
The Infested, an ancient plague created by the Orokin to combat the 'Sentients' but has spread throughout the system.

Me and the new Tenno Greavus who uses the new Nekros warframe were sent to assassinate a grineer general, but Greavus struck a deal with the grineer and left me within the ship while the grineer tried to take my warframe for experimenting. Long story short, they failed.

I barely managed to escape to the void in an attempt to take down Greavus, but my Orbiter and Liset are damaged during flight.

My Orbiter exits the void right above a bright planet. With its engines down, the ship crashes right into a city on a mountain during an invasion.

I arm myself and leave the Orbiter, but for the first time in centuries, I'm not prepared for what greeted me... Small colourful equines.

The Empire is building a space station to strike fear into the galaxy. The Death Star is almost complete, all the Emperor needs is a power source. Chrysalis, queen of the Changelings, is searching for a way to feed her subjects. When she stumbles upon an imperial probe, she is contacted by Lord Vader. When asked about a power source, she offers to give them it, but only in exchange for a way to feed her subjects.

Star Shot, captain of the Luna Institutes first warp five starship; The Twilight, has been giving a very special mission by Princess Celestia. Find the lost Princess of the Moon.
With her crew beside her and all of the wonders the galaxy has to offer in front of her; Star Shot will make sure that her mission succeeds, regardless of the alien parties trying to stop her.

I was living a comfortable life. Had a loving wife and son, money was absolutely no issue, everything was swell.

Next thing I know, I'm hearing voices, I can't move, I can't talk, I can't even breathe. Yet, I know I'm alive, though I don't entirely feel like myself anymore.

Then I end up being the last of survivor of my new race.

I'm not even human anymore...

In the 23rd Century A.D. , (After Departure) four years after the Roamulan War, Commander Starry-Eyes rejoins her ship on Starfleets first voyage of exploration since the War. It has been twenty-two hundred years since the Princesses left Equestria to let Their Little Ponies fulfill their potentials on their own. Ponykind has stumbled on as best they could, learning hard lessons along the way. The Eugenics Wars are over and they have made Friends in the darkness. Now the Stars beckon and Ponies essay the Final Frontier looking for answers... or at least a pair of beloved faces they haven't seen for so, so long...

Celestia had a vision, of two beings, one of darkness, one of light. They claimed that they would reclaim Equestria and return it to dust. The next day, a small creature appears, frightened, scared, and afraid of her very touch. A child. A child who may herald the end, or save Equestia from its demise.

Isaac has been in the basement as long as he can remember. So many times has he descended through this purgatory of death and murder, god and demons, so many things that hurt, burned and killed.
Then one day it stopped. A secret room that opened the chest he had known so long, and he was free. He could leave the Basement.
He didn't see anything else that followed him out.
He didn't expect the world to have changed so much in his absence.
And he never could've imagined they'd all be ponies.

And ponies never imagined that simple children could ever save them from the forces of evil.

Davros, now the Emperor of the Changelings, is attempting to lead his people to victory. The Doctor has followed our dalek friend into the Universe of MLP: FIM. Will the Doctor help Davros and his changelings or help the evil ponies, but is there more to this war then meets the eye. Also something even more destructive than the ponies and possibly as bad as the daleks has followed the Doctor. How will this powerful new force affect the ongoing war.

{Displaced Story}

His name was Eli Minute, a normal teenager who dressed as a Dalek for a group costume contest at Comic-Con with his friends. He just wanted the contest to finish up so he could get out of the stuffy Dalek costume. But when his friend Matt brought over the rewards, he also brought over a Dalek laser that he bough from a man known only as "The Merchant".

Jeremy, one of his other friends, goes ahead and attaches the laser to Eli's costume, and in a flash of light Eli is taken to Equestria with a splitting headache and no sensation in his feet...or his hands...or anything for that matter.

What will befall him as he's trapped in the mechanical body of the most dangerous being in the universe?
