It is highly recommended that you read What I've Become before you read this story, since this is the second story in The Humanity Within Trilogy, and you will be lost if you just plunge into this without any preparation.

Things have been turning up roses for me lately. I'm no longer fighting to survive, I have people that I can turn to, and I have my face back, all because of the kindness shown to me by strangers.
But will they continue to help me once they find out what dark secrets haunt my past? Will they shun me for the evil deeds that my abductors forced me to do while I was in their service? Will they continue to protect me from the monsters that destroyed my life, once they realize what kind of monster I really am?

Side Story of: My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic - Off the Record

After starting their mission to bring peace between the Hive and Equestria, the Elements of Harmony and Chrysalis find themselves split in to groups of two inside a world of chaos, with no recollection of how they arrived there. Working together in their groups, everypony must face a unique set of hurdles to overcome.

Working against them, the Hive Zodiac Council, who want nothing more than to control Chrysalis's armies, and take over the world, even if reaching that end means committing regicide.

The world of chaos they're trapped in, however, is not a product of the Hive Council. it was made by two Elements of Harmony, who both lost control of their bodies to chaotic beings within them.

These groups will fight it out for the victory, which one will come out on top?

I was just hoping to get this last job done, always getting sent to this dimension or that, always doing the interests of others. Unfortunately, everyone's luck eventually runs out, and it looks like mine has ran out as well. Now somehow I got stuck in this place, in a foreign body, and things just keeps getting worse for me. I used to love the idea of a human getting to visit Equestria. It sounded like a good way to set up so many shenanigans, except it's plagued with boring characters or really cliché ones or... the dreaded Sue.
I never expected it to happen. For real.
