So, sorry it's been such a long wait for an update. Life is busy. Moving to Germany, military stuff, etc. I've been writing, but it's all been non-fanfic. I'm looking to finish the BG series someday, but I write because it's fun, and when I'm stressed I tend to do it less. Things are mellowing out though, so we'll see.

I probably need a break from my current project, so I might switch back to Shadows in the future. Don't hold your breath.

And from the bottom of my heart, thank you. I've received a few PMs over my relatively long absence, and I'm glad to hear a there are people out there who reached out to me because they wanted to read more of what I had to write.

I must be misremembering the story wrong because I do not know what you are referencing to that story.

I agree, but it still strikes me not knowing if rainbow will succeed and do without her element.what they will do without her element will courage replace her?

It does have sadness but I think it works pretty well. It is not sad in a bad way,

WARNING
do not read the last pinkie promise if you hate tragedy
I'm considering writing a happy sequel to make myself feel better

Looking forward to more Shadows of the Crystal Empire. Any idea how long it'll be?
