A sequel of sorts to device heretic's Just Words, because I was dissatisfied with the ending, even if it was sort of poetic justice.

To Summarize:
Twilight finds out that she's adopted, from her brother, while he's drunk. Hurt, she goes to her parents; when they admit the truth of the matter she runs off to see Celestia. After a long talk, Celestia emphasizes the value of one's chosen family (or those that chose to be their family), placing that head of the value of biological relations.

A week later, Celestia struggles with herself; For the first time in years, she really wants to tell Twilight and thinks she deserves to know. Nevertheless, the situation weighs heavily on her. Her past, the possibility of political fallout and disgrace, and Twilight's potential reaction to her callous dismissal of the value of biological relations weigh heavily on her. Still, if Twilight dies, never having known, it would be a crushing blow and an undeserved slight to her former lover.

We All know the original story of the TV series My Little Pony FIM. This is a story where Twilight Sparkle is Princess Celestia's daughter and Princess Cadence is Twilight's older sister. Follow Princess Twilight as she goes from being a cute little baby filly to where she comes to a time in her life where she will be chosen to defeat Nightmare Moon, and free her long lost Aunt Luna. She must befriend the mares of the Elements of Harmony in time to defeat Nightmare Moon and save her mother's kingdom from eternal night. How will the events play out with all of Equestria, including the elements of harmony, knowing she's a princess? Well, only one way to find out every pony. It's been ten years since Twilight was adopted by Princess Celestia and the elements of harmony were put to use all too soon. Luna never awoke, though, and she remained a secret to most outside of the elements and those few servants who were tasked with keeping the sleeping princess alive and well.
Nightmare Moon returned, however, and was subsequently banished by the Elements of Harmony once again.

It's mama's day (mother's day) in Equestria and all the ponies are getting ready except for Spike who doesn't really have a mother, he has Twilight, but he doesn't really know if they have that kind of relationship, so Apple Jack decides to help her dragon friend and show him that being a mother is more complex then he thought.

Twilight loves Spike, her precious hatchling, treating him like a son. Spike, in turn, loves her as his hatch mother. But, sometimes, Spike makes mistakes. And mistakes have consequences.

The dragon-pony hybrid story has always interested me, so this is my version of if Twilight sparkle was a dragon-pony hybrid.
Her mother is a dragon OC I created and her father is also an OC, so keep that in mind when reading the story, and Spike will be her younger half brother.
In this story, we will be following the life and times of Violet, then her hybrid daughter Twilight, and Spike, I'm going to be including some parts of the show, like holidays, major events, and even a twist on how she got her cutie mark. Also since a lot of episodes in the show are season based I'm going to rearrange a lot of episodes to make the seasons make more sense.
