	Spike checked one box, "Food's all taken care of, next is the weather." 
Twilight moaned as they moved on, "Ugh, I ate so much food..." 
Spike looked around, "Now there's supposed to be a Pegasus pony named Rainbow Dash clearing the clouds." 
Twi looked at all the clouds, "She's not doing a very good job at it." 
Then something rammed into her, they both tumbled for a bit, "Um, excuse me?" 
Twi looked at her, "You got mud all over me..." 
"Let me help with that."

She brought over a cloud, kicked it and made it rain on Twi, she shivered at the sudden cold, "I'm... freezing..." 
"I guess I over did it... how about this? My very own patented Rain-Blow Dry! No no, don't thank me, you're quite welcome." 
Twi looked annoyed as her mane was all messed up, Spike and the pegasus started laughing. "Let me guess, you're Rainbow Dash." 
She stopped laughing and stood proudly, "The one and only, why you heard of me?"

"I heard you were supposed to be keeping the sky clear. I'm Twilight Amethyst Sparkle, and the Princess sent me to check on the weather." 
"Yeah that will be a snap, I'll do it in a jiffy after I'm done practicing." 
"Practicing for what?" 
"The Wonderbolts! They are going to perform tomorrow at the celebration and I'm going to show them my stuff." 
"The wonderbolts?" 
"Yep." 
"The most talented flyers in all of Equestria?" 
"That's them." 
Twilight huffed, "Oh please..."

She looked away, "They'd never accept a Pegasus who can't even keep the sky clear for one measly day." 
"Hey, I can clear this sky in ten seconds flat." 
"Prove it." 
Dash started flying around kicking away all the clouds with greet speed, then landed, "What did I say ten seconds flat... hey what are you holding?" 
Twi showed a stop watch, "I timed you, just to see if you could do it in ten seconds." 
Dash tried to look at it, "Well what does it say?" 
"You did it before it passed ten seconds."

"Yes! Well, I knew I could do it, I can't wait to hang out some more." 
She flew off, "Wow, she's amazing!" Spike said then laughed at her mane, Twi walked off, "Wait it's kind of pretty once you get used to it." They entered the next area, "Decorations. Beautiful..." 
Twi looked around, "Yes, the décor is coming along nicely. This ought'a be quick, I'll be at the library in no time, beautiful indeed." 
"Not the décor, her." Spike pointed to a white unicorn, "How do I look, are my spines straight?"

Twi rolled her eyes, "Good afternoon..." 
"Just a moment, please! I'm 'in the zone', as it were." She tied one sparkle ribbon, "Oh, yes! Sparkle always does the trick, does it not? Why, Rarity, you are a talent, now how can I help..." She turned and yelped, Twi was going to think she reacted to the fact she was a hybrid but... "Oh, my stars, darling! Whatever happened to your coiffure?!" 
"You mean my mane? That's what you reacted to? It's a long story, I'm just here to see the décor, and I'll be out of your hair."

"Out of my hair, what about your hair?" 
Rarity started to push her, "What are you trying to do... wait where are we going? Help." 
Rarity was surprisingly strong as she pushed her towards a boutique, she fixed Twi's mane then she started to measure her, "You have such an odd body shape..." Rarity was wearing glasses as she looked at all the measurements, "I think I might have something that fits you..." 
"I dought that I'm a one of a kind hybrid." 
"Now darling, I have dealt with odd body shapes before."

Twi took notice what Rarity said, she didn't say pony body shapes, just body shapes... so she did notice that she wasn't a pony. She looked in the mirror as Rarity put something on her, "Now go on, my dear, you were going to tell me where you're from." 
Rarity started to pull at the strings trying to tighten it, "I've been sent from Canterlot to..." 
Rarity let go saying, "Huh? Canterlot! Oh, I am so envious! The glamor, the sophistication! I have always dreamed of living there!"

"I can't wait to hear all about it! We are gonna be the best of friends, you and me... Emeralds? What was I thinking? Let me get you some sapphires!" 
As Rarity left Twi ran off, "Quick before she tries to dye my hair a different color!" 
She carried Spike with her as he sighed, "Wasn't she wonderful?" 
"Focus, Casanova. What's next on the list?" 
"Oh uh, music it's the last one." They heard distant songbird fanfare, and they looked to see a yellow pegasus.

"Oh, my. Um, stop please, everyone, umm. Excuse me, sir? I mean, no offense, but your rhythm is just a teeny-tiny bit off. Now, follow me, please. A-one, a-two, a-one two three-" 
"Um, excuse me?" 
The pegasus looked at her then screamed making her birds fly off, then she hid, Twi looked at her, finally, somepony who actually... "Oh wait, your not a dragon..." Never mind. 
"I'm sorry I didn't mean to scare you and frighten your birds off. I'm just here to check up on the music and it's sounding beautiful."

"Oh my, you can talk!" 
"Why yes, I can." 
"What are you? I never have seen anything like you before." 
"Well I'm a draconequus, which is a dragon-pony hybrid, and my name is Twilight..." 
"Well Twilight, my name is Fluttershy, oh wow I'm talking to a hybrid!" 
Spike came forwards, "Looks like you got a fan." 
Fluttershy gasped, "A baby dragon! Oh, I've never seen a baby dragon before, he's so cute! Is he yours?" 
Both Twilight and Spike started choking, "No, I'm her half brother."

"Yeah, he is, why in Equestria did you ask that?" 
"Oh because I never meet a creature like you before, so it might have been possible he was yours." 
"Well, we best be going." 
She levitated Spike on her back and started walking off, "Oh wait I want to know more like I didn't know you could do magic." 
"I can tell you, what do you want to know about?" Spike said. 
"Absolutely everything." Twilight groaned.
"Well, it all started when Violet meet Bookworm..."

They finally made it to her library, "...and that's the story of our whole entire life! Well, up until today, do you wanna hear about today?" 
"Oh yes please!" 
Twilight stopped making Spike cry out, "I am so sorry, how did we get here so fast? This is where I'm staying while in Ponyville and my poor baby brother needs his sleep." 
"No, I don't..." 
She bumped him off, "Aww, look at that, he's so sweepy he can't even keep his widdle balance!" She said awkwardly smiling at Fluttershy.

"Poor thing, you simply must get into bed..." 
Fluttershy said trying to carry Spike inside, but Twilight took him, "Yes, yes, we'll get right on that. Well, good night!" 
She slammed the door. "Huh, rude much?" 
"Sorry, Spike, but I have to convince the Princess that Nightmare Moon is coming, and we're running out of time! I just need to be alone so I can study without a bunch of crazy ponies trying to make friends with me all the time. Now, where's the light?"
