But when it becomes obvious that Rainbow's number one fan Scootaloo, now a mare in her own right, is making moves to court Spike, the herd is concerned - is the younger pegasus actually interested in Twilight's number one assistant, or simply trying to follow in her idol's footsteps in courting interspecies?

Gus, an engineering student, suffers a life-changing accident. While trying to recover, he finds himself waking up, being prodded by some sort of black and white animal. The next thing he knows, he's in a hospital with more animals around him and one human... and Ponyville is about to find out just what a scientific education means back where Lero's from.

At least Twilight will be thrilled.

Prince Blueblood is a useless noble. He's always been a useless noble. The Blank Plague made him, briefly, a useful noble. He needs someone to talk to about that, but who's got enough rank for him? How about the one-time Viceroy of Canterlot? And will it do any good? He is Blueblood, after all.

Few ponies in Canterlot and Ponyville still suffer from the Blank Plague, but there's one very important exception. Princess Luna sequestered herself away from pony contact so she could raise the sun and the moon by herself while Celestia was ill. Theorizing that one could time travel within his own lifetime, Doctor Sam Beckett led an elite group of scientists into the desert to develop a top secret project, known as QUANTUM LEAP. Pressured to prove his theories or lose funding, Doctor Beckett, prematurely stepped into the Project Accelerator and vanished. He awoke to find himself in the past, suffering from partial amnesia and facing a mirror image that was not his own. Fortunately, contact with his own time was made through brainwave transmissions, with Al, the Project Observer, who appeared in the form of a hologram that only Doctor Beckett could see and hear. Trapped in the past, Doctor Beckett finds himself leaping from life to life, putting things right, that once went wrong and hoping each time, that his next leap will be the leap home.

This leap, Sam is in the life of Lero Michaelides. As such, he has to solve a mystery, the loss of one of Lero's loves. How will Sam react to being in a world of sapient, talking ponies? Well... read on to find out.
