This story is a sequel to It’s Not Easy Being Green… and Purple

Spike lives in a giant castle with the company of not one, but two mares. So everything's just peachy, right? You know… ignoring how unhinged his castlemates can be in conjunction with how much magical power they happen to have… and sometimes abuse.

Having read the previous story is not strictly necessary to enjoy this one, though it will help in regards to the second section.

Two thousand and fifty three years.
Spike has been battling the eldritch horrors of timeless Ginungagap for over two millennia, yet even to this day, his shame remains gnawing at his very heart and mind. Until the day comes when he is told of the danger that threatens what is most precious to him.

To save what he loves, Spike shall face his shame once more, his will, determination and sanity stretched to their limits, as he will step into the Abyss of his own, personal hell.

As always Spike moves forward, ever forward, towards battle, death and hopefully redemption.

In life, shame.
In death, absolution.

Spike feels funny. Not sick or anything. Just... funny. Like his legs want to just move. After spending some time thinking on this, he decides he needs to go for a walk. A really long walk that takes him from Ponyville. With Twilight's hesitant blessing, Spike embarks on an adventure that takes him across Equestria and beyond it's borders. It is on this walk that he learns more about the world, friendship, and courage than he would have thought possible.

It's Spike's birthday, and his six best friends have promised to give him whatever present he wants. And not just any promise - a Pinkie Promise. An unbreakable promise.
Big mistake.
Now Spike is asking all of them to trade places with each other, to try living like each of their friends, for an entire day - and they have to act just like their friends, too. Also, yes, he does have a camera... so no one will be forgetting this anytime soon. Even more disturbingly, if they give up before the day is over, they have to pay Spike a fee of ten bits.
Applejack is furious. Rainbow Dash is trying (and failing) to stay casual. Twilight is thinking about just how many things could go wrong. Rarity is appalled. Fluttershy is downright terrified. Even Pinkie Pie is disenheartened.
Thirty days. A whole month of weirdness, mishaps, surprises, hilarity, and - in every case - failure.
This is going to be a wild ride.

Why is it that Spike was the only dragon without wings? Even as an "adult" caused by his greed. The dragon migration causes Spike to find the answer-and the destiny before him. He is no mere hatchling, he is the Pony-Hearted dragon, THE Dragonborn....the Dovahkiin!

One incident. That’s all it took to make Twilight worry Spike is outgrowing her and pledge to devote all her time to her friend regardless of any other duties.

I remembered hearing some mixed opinions over the episode Some Pony to Watch Over Me, such as AJ being out of character. I once wondered if the episode would have worked better with Twilight and Spike. This piece is an experiment to see if it could, with a different setup and plot of course.

Title may change if I think of a better one.

As Twilight comes across another new book, she notices that there was a spell that had a peculiar outcome: nothing! She cant believe that this is true and wants to try it out. However, she needs someone to test it on...more specifically an irritated dragon, wanting to go to sleep.

For as long as anyone could tell or went to Canterlot High they would tell you to stay away from the Sinister Six. Who are the Sinister Six you ask? They were a bunch of nobodies who were made fun of until they worked together and now were the most powerful group in CHS as well as the Student Council. For the last 3 years after the Main six left from graduation the Sinister Six has kept CHS under their thumbs. But what they didn't expect was a transfer student from an unknown island in the middle of nowhere to come in and throw a wrench into their plan. Now the Six will have to get rid of the new student. But will they succeed or will emotions that they've never felt before rise up and change them?

After Spike's growth spurt, Celestia decided that its time for the young dragon to be taught what it means to be a dragon. So she contacts the distant universe of Avalar and asked Spyro to teach the young drake, which of course Spyro accepts. Now Spyro must deal with training a dragon who doesn't act like a dragon, keeping the populace of Ponyville under control, and fighting off the remains of the Dark Master's forces who have somehow followed him. Luckily he's got Cynder and Sparx alongside to help...right?

Basically this is a T-rated crossover that takes place after the events of Dawn of the Dragon. I should mention that this story will contain spoilers for anyone who hasn't played that game. Of course, I don't own anything except for this story.

Spike, banished from Ponyville for a crime he never committed, turned from his friends, he walks through the Everfree, were someone he never expected sent him on a new adventure and life.

He was called Spike, but now he will be the Dragon Assassin.
