Changelings are a hated presence in Equestria, even years after the invasion of Canterlot. Following an incident she can't remember, a girl from our world finds herself as a new member of this despised species. Can she survive, or will her world crumble around her?

The Earth is still reeling from the effects of the Collision Wars against Xenolestia and her hordes of Newfoals, humanity having emerged victorious but a few million citizens fewer. Then yet another Equestria appears, but this time the humans are quick to cut off the head of the snake, capturing the evil Princess Celestia and imprisoning her. But something seems different about this Celestia...something almost friendly.

Can the Harmony and Friendship that Celestia has treasured all her life heal some of the scars left by her wicked counterpart, or do some wounds just run too deep?

Paul Werner was a soldier back on Earth; a high-ranking officer, to be precise. He still maintains that occupation in Equestria, as a consequence of both the best and the worst events which brought him there in the first place. In the end, he knows for certain that he would never trade his current life now for the one he had. He felt it was tainted by the... circumstances surrounding it all.

He thought he was over it, and that he'd never have to face any elements of his past ever again. Paul was one-hundred percent right... in a sense. As he gradually found out, Equestria and the world it rests on has quite the lot of parallels to the Earth he left.

Especially one in particular, a mare who goes by the respective title and name of Generalfeldmarschall Aryanne S. Land

My name is Frosty Winds. I was just your typical, rank-and-file Enclave scout. I had an ordinary life, living in contentment among my loving family and good friends. Things were good.

At least, I'm pretty sure that was the case; I honestly can't say for certain anymore. One moment, I was being recruited to take part in a routine Wasteland scouting mission, and the next moment I wake up as a prisoner of the Steel Rangers.

On the bright side, I’m not missing much. Just all of my memories. And my left foreleg. Nothing important, really. Pile on a disease I’m not vaccinated against and being a few clouds short of a weather system probably doesn’t make any of this much better.

As if that wasn't enough, apparently I made a deal before I lost my memories. If I don't complete my task I agreed to within a month, I'll die. Of course, it would be helpful if I could remember what the agreement was.

So here I am, floundering aimlessly about the Equestrian Wasteland. I have absolutely no idea what happened, what I should do, or how to uncover the secrets that lie within my stolen memories.

Help. I need an adult.

But after an unpleasant mission goes horribly wrong, she find herself grounded and isolated.
Now she simply wants to go home - but it is the Equestrian Wasteland, there is no such thing as simplicity.

The Bronies have been preparing for this day for years. The day that their plans, our plans, could finally come to fruition. After a devastating campaign against the Brony community since the Anonymous hacking organization forced many false titles upon the Bronies, all but a few thousand have been shot, arrested, executed, and treated as though they were but rats.

As though they were but vermin.

An abandoned bunker for military purposes has been commandeered by the surviving Bronies for the sole purpose of a place to live, regrow, and, most importantly, develop the technology to move on. To a better place, to Equestria.

Unoriginal, yes. Probably going to get hate, yes. Do I give a toss?

Billions of years ago, an underground bunker was created to protect Humanity from their destruction, but only one made it in before Oblivion claimed him. Now the AI that he awoke remains, one that has faithfully kept the promise he made to his father, waiting for someone, or something, to find him.

Note: This story's from the point of view of the AI (3rd person limited). As such, if he doesn't think that a detail is important it's probably not going to be mentioned. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!

Apparently this story was Featured sometime in the past as it's currently in the bottom three slots (those reserved for past Featured stories that have recently been updated). If anyone knows when this story was first Featured, or know how I can find out, please tell me.
