Good news! I'm not dead! I also got three ranked cards in Dirty Bomb and I can actually use two of them.
Sorry for the recent lethargy, guys. I've been sort of distracted and busy with life stuff. And CS. As for the chapter, it's about 50% done. We're nearing the edge of the precipice for Frosty here, and I can't wait to get these next few chapters out. Suspense! Surprise! Intrigue! Sexual assault! Excitement!

don't take much guidance from the wiki, I would say that you have the classic problem that there are people who modify it and put false information, but see that it is not, in fact the problem is that missing information, since reading all the fic, you will see that the wiki omits some data, but leaving that aside, you can trust it only that, although it may be missing one or another data

However, the green alicorns are the only ones that can combine their powers with other green alicorns to create far larger, more powerful, and (dome-like) mobile shields. The others are limited to shields that protect themselves and nothing else.
While filled primarily with stuff related to the actual game, the official Fallout: Equestria Tabletop RPG rulebook is a good quick reference for questions like that, whenever the wiki's answers seem dubious.
