It was just supposed to be a little game, part of the very first slumber party held in Twilight's new castle. Neither Twilight nor her friends expected to learn life-changing things about each other. And none of them could have anticipated who among them had the most experience when it came to sex...

(Unless you read the comments. Spoilers!)

After his latest defeat at the hooves of Daring Do, Ahuizotl was determined to get his revenge. However, instead of going after Daring, like he usually does, he decides instead to set his sights on the other one; the mare who helped her foil his plan to bring upon eight hundred years of sweltering heat:

Rainbow Dash

Unfortunately, things don't go exactly as planned when he goes to her home for a surprise ambush.

It started out as a normal day. The crusaders had a new idea for getting cutie marks, and then Apple Bloom borrowed Applejack's hat for something without asking.

Suddenly... it was no longer a normal day.

Who is Scootaloo? Everypony knows about her present, but when it comes to her past there are as many different answers as there are questions.

Is she the love child of two star-crossed lovers? The last hope for the future? The child of a broken home? A mysterious figure fighting a war no pony knows about? Or is it something else entirely? Is she even a pony at all?

Twilight Sparkle decides to ask everypony in Ponyville and find out about Scootaloo...and the stories, rumors and gossip she gets will leave her wondering how the truth can ever compete with fiction.

My thanks to Page Turner for the new story cover!

These are the results of the Fimfiction Writes Ponies! project, in which almost a hundred users were allowed editing access to a single Google document, with the final goal of writing a coherent story about colorful ponies.

This... is their story. It is the tale of Mecha-Trixie. It is the tale of Lord Apep, who ate the sun. It is the tale of the shattered multiverse, the permeable boundaries of which may cause the end of all Equestria. Rarity may or may not be eaten by a ghost-shark at the end of things. It is enormous. It cannot be described in mere words. Read it.

Go forth, my friends, and know that this is what Fimfiction has wrought.

If you want to see the original thing in its unvarnished glory, feel free to check out the Google doc, locked for editing but now open to public viewing.

The Night Guard was once a highly regarded order, and joining the personal servants and defenders of Princess Luna herself was one of the most prestigious positions anypony in Equestria's armed forces could aspire to. Then the Princess of the Night had her little run-in with jealousy-induced insanity, and her subsequent banishment left the Night Guard in a bit of an awkward position.

Fortunately, the fact that the Night Guard was not really needed anymore never seemed to occur to anyone, and now, a thousand years later, the order is still just sort of... there. However, after centuries of neglect and a complete lack of supervision, the Guard barely resembles a military organization anymore.

Some unquestioning military bureaucrats apparently still take care of pay and hiring, and every now and then, new recruits arrive with purpose in their step and stars in their eyes, convinced that service with the Guard will allow them to achieve great things. But while those hopes unavoidably end in disappointment these days, recruits tend to acknowledge soon enough that the current state of the Guard does have its perks.

The only thing that could possibly ruin this cushy little job would be the return of Princess Luna. But it's been centuries since she was banished, and really, at this point, what are the odds of that ever happening?

A little just-for-fun side project I did a while ago over a pretty short period of time.
Be warned, within this tale you will find:
- references to excessive alcohol consumption
- juvenile and cringeworthy innuendo
- shenanigans
May also contain trace amounts of bat ponies.

Expertly proofread and edited by the hawk-eyed, diligent, and just all around [insert positive adjective of your choice] 0_0.

Sick with pony fever, Apple Bloom misses out on a field trip to the human world. However, a talk with Ponyville's spastic human enthusiast gets the impatient little filly's curiosity piqued to her breaking point—her breaking the rules point, actually.

She visits Earth anyway, and, well, things go downhill so rapidly that the rate of decline is best described as mathematically imaginary. Humanity goes extinct, but hey, at least it's an adorable extinction, right?

Apple Bloom says she's sorry. D'aww, how can you get mad at such a sweet, fuzzy little pony wearing a big red bow? She's so cute!

You've always wanted to ask Pinkie Pie out, and today, you're feeling brave enough to do that. Can you make the right choices and get her to go out with you? Can you go through an entire evening without failing spectacularly? Probably not, but you can always go back and try again. One way or another, Pinkie Pie will be yours in the end.

As the title implies, you'll be allowed to pick from several options at each step in the story. Most of those options are dead ends, so don't worry if you run into one. That's just the way these things work. If you happen to be a completionist, it's also possible (but not recommended) to read the story in order by advancing each chapter normally.

This story was written for this contest.

Applejack, while surveying the border between Sweet Apple Acres and the Everfree forest, stumbles across a perfectly ordinary, garden-variety talking snake. In an apple tree. The mane six, of course, decide to be neighborly.

What's the worst that could happen?

A story with religious themes, funny and thoughtful in equal turns, and without any super-depressing grim-dark or blatant preaching. It was conceived, written and edited in just three days, and won first place in the "Deal with the Devil" Writeoff competition. You can find the original (unedited) version, along with plenty of other great entries, right here. It's been awhile, but be sure to check them out if you haven't already!
