Shortly after their wedding, Ford Mustang and his wife, Rainbow Dash, have already made plans to have their first foal together. With each passing month, they go through the usual joys and struggles from starting their own family as they cherish what they have from their friends and family. But as his beautiful, blue angel goes through her pregnancy, Ford starts to receive terrible visions that may determine the ultimate outcome of Rainbow Dash's fate. Mustang has gone through many challenges in his previous adventure, but can he find a way to change her fate in time or will he have to accept the inevitable in the end? CandleFlicker, a unicorn-stallion, is the star student of Princess Luna. He has powerful magic, and the ability to absorb knowledge like a sponge. He is an expert at controlling fire...he even has his own pet Phoenix. The only thing CandleFlicker CAN'T do is make friends. Or socialize very well.

Princess Luna soon begins to notice that he turns down every invite, every event, just so he can study. Alarmed, she asks Princess Twilight Sparkle for advice, and the plan they come up with is genius. Princess Luna sends CandleFlicker to Ponyville, just like Princess Celestia did with Twilight.

When CandleFlicker gets there, a certain pink pony throws him a surprise party, so he is forced to socialize with EVERYPONY in town. He's introduced to the entire gang...Pinkie Pie, Rarity, RainbowDash, Fluttershy...even TWILIGHT, who's come down for the occasion. He meets tons of other ponies...so many that he can't keep track.

But when Pinkie Pie introduces CandleFlicker to a certain freckle-faced pony, his entire life changes.

You're just an ordinary guy, living an ordinary life. But your life changes one miserable Monday, when you arrive home to find an unexpected visitor in your house: specifically, you discover Twilight Sparkle in your bed.

Things go downhill fast.

And she's just your first visitor.

Tags and contributing authors will be added as needed. A couple new chapters will be added daily until the well runs dry. Continuity is overrated, so don't complain about it. It's a thematic collab, not a big budget Hollywood movie where there are never any continuity errors.

Renting the supposedly-haunted "Apartment 13" may not have been the best idea, but it has certainly been the most interesting. David Clarkston and Key Lime are the most unlikely of roommates, but they're united by two common threads: they both needed a place to stay, and they both needed a friend.
