An advanced aircraft prototype capable of transcending spacetime is stolen from Canterlot Aeronautical Laboratories. Princess Celestia tasks Twilight Sparkle and friends to solve the case and catch the culprit.

Two humans, named Julian and Alex, lived in Violet City in the Johto region. One day, they were out trying to find new Pokemon, when they suddenly collapsed and faded from existence.

They soon woke up in new bodies and in a strange location. Realising they were separated from their friends, both former-humans set out to the nearest settlement in hopes of finding some leads.

A New World, A New Way side-story. Non-canon to the main story.
Characters are Australian so don't post spelling mistakes like "colour" or "favourite" or anything like that.
Rated teen for copious amounts of Australian slang and swearing

The Militia recently suffered one of their greatest losses at the hands of the IMC, and nearly lost an entire battlegroup. However, one Destroyer damaged it's warp drive, and was sent deep into uncharted territory. Along with it, one of their best Pilots, Joshua, went along for the ride. Haunted by his mistakes in the IMC Pilot seats, he vowed to do right by his new position, and that includes helping whoever needs him, whether they be former IMC, hardcore Militia, or even talking magical ponies, as they begin to battle across Equestria, fighting to help maintain one form of peace where theirs had previously failed. Assisted by the Destroyer, known as Horizon, Joshua will lead the Equestrians through war against all of their known enemies, and help to find his own salvation among the alien populace.

I do not know if there is anything at all written anywhere about the technologies of the ships or anything about the characters (if there are any) in Titanfall, so it's mostly assumptions from other EA titles, and what I believe may have happened in the background of the Campaign.

Original characters used, so warning about that, and maybe a little bit jumpy here and there, but this is the first time I've taken on Titanfall, and what I find best to use, so there.

Flash Sentry visits Twilight while on vacation in Ponyville for a week. Will Twilight take chance on Flash or will she let him go?

Everything changes for Twilight Sparkle and her friends when a mysterious extraterrestrial ship crash lands in Equestria. When Twilight messes around in the ship's systems with her magic, she ends up transported to an alien world unlike anything she imagined: a box canyon in the middle of nowhere.

To get home, Twilight must enlist the help of the eccentric Red and Blue soldiers that live there... if she can get them to stop bickering first! Additionally, she finds herself being pursued by the enigmatic military agency known only as Project Freelancer. Back in Equestria, all is not well for Twilight's friends as forces involved with the crashed ship make themselves known. Reds, Blues and ponies will all have to work together to discover the mysterious connection between Equestria and Project Freelancer.

A crossover with Red vs Blue. Written with the intention for the story to be followable without having watched the series. (just don't expect to get all the references).

After a confusing encounter with Q, the Enterprise-D and her crew find themselves thousands of light-years from Federation. As dark forces work in the sidelines and our hero scrambles to get a feel for his surroundings, someone out there is pulling all the strings.

And that someone has a very special plan for one of Equestria's future saviors.
