On a trip to New York City, Principal Celestia encounters a strange and mysterious creature she had never seen the likes of before. But Equestrian magic isn't the culprit this time. What happens when an ordinary high school principal catches the eye of a wise ninja master?

Oblivion Shadow is a master Witcher of the Wolf School. A contract on a Leshens head brings him to the edge of the Northern Realms to answer a call for help. The fight starts off as normal. A second Leshen attack leaves him fighting on two fronts. The Witcher is able to escape, or so he thought when a sharp pain in his back leaves him waking up in Equestria. He is taken in by the Apple family, who treat him as one of their own. He is welcomed by the ponies of this world and he must learn how to accept that or risk upsetting a balance that he did not realize he was a part of. The question he has to ask himself is how does he get back to his world? Or does he even want to go back to a world that is fraught with war and drowning in hate and rage? His senses tell him that monsters from his world are in this new one but he can't seem to track them down. Could his world be bleeding into this one, and how bad will the damage be? He follows the Mane 6 and learns through them what it means to be a friend and a brother.

This story is a sequel to A Pony Displaced: Another Path

Many years ago, Magic Barrier lost countless ponies that he held dear to Sombra's madness and his dark powers. Some years later, he lost the few ponies he still had to hold dear when Princess Luna fell to her inner darkness, Nightmare Moon and was banished for one-thousand years... taking him with her.

Now, a thousand years later, Nightmare Moon has been defeated and Barrier returned to Equestria a thousand years out of place. To top that off, Sombra was eventually defeated as well and with his defeat returned both the Crystal Empire and some of the most important ponies in Barrier's life. Ponies that Barrier had long since written off as lost.

Now, with their Captain guiding them, the recently returned group has to try and find their place in the madness that is modern Equestria, overcome what was lost, and hopefully find a new way that will help cement to them that they're not as displaced as they seem.

I imagine some of you have waited long and hard for this sequel to release. There are some of you who may have been there since the beginning of my stint as a fanfiction author, where I promised -and failed- to deliver a sequel to my first story, A Pony Displaced.

I am saddened to say that I have failed you once again with this sequel... but someone has risen to pick up after me, for the sake of those waiting for this sequel, and my own.

Those of you who follow my blog already know this, but Alticron, my co-writer/editor/proofreader/idea wall/friend is going to try and see the story to completion, after I suffered another writing burnout due in part to personal problems.

As I stated in my blog, I have the utmost faith in him and his abilities to see this story through to the end, and hope you will all enjoy his writing as much as I do.

This story is a sequel to Beginnings of the Race Swapper

After gaining some odd skills in a short amount of time, Hexan decides to explore the world, meeting new species as he goes, and his new siblings are along for the ride.

Burst: The easily angered one of the group. Channels anger from himself and his surroundings to empower himself.

Prissy: The negotiator of the group. Considered the sister to the five other colts, Prissy is much more feminine than them, but does have her moments that break that way of thinking.

Knockout: The fighter of the group. Is the strongest of the six, he possesses a love of battle, and will always chose it if it is an option. Has large knowledge of some forms of fighting, but is always looking to expand his abilities.

Logic: The strategist of the group. Has a much higher intellect than his siblings, he has a habit of looking at the facts, without considering how others feel towards a decision.

Distrac: The actor of the group. An actor may seem like an odd thing to be with this group, but Distrac makes it work. He makes a point of going all out whenever he acts, whether it is to be in disguise, or to spy on someone, he will do it to the best he can.

Hexan: The voice of the group. As the 'Original', he is the one creatures will often speak to first, and is the unspoken leader of the six. He possesses a need to help others, but doesn't know much about himself yet, maybe the deer can help him learn more about himself.

I would like any readers to know that, if and when I write any action scenes, that I have little experience. So any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

After dying in a plane crash a human awakes in ancient Saddle Arabia, as "Coin Smaug" a fan-made version of the terrible dragon from J.R.R. Tolkien's famous book series Lord of the Rings,
Becoming a savior of a kingdom running out of gold, a dark unicorn who wishes to bend all to his command, and then ending up thousands of years into the future after a battle against said dark unicorn??
Hopefully I don't end up turned to stone like everyone else, uh B-Kitty why are you grinning like that?

Attention: Celestia, Luna and Main Six will not be in story until a long time, as OC's and other characters will be used as I do not want the "character and main show characters friends early/instant" as most stories do it and can be annoying.
I am giving OCs and background characters the spotlight.

I am looking for OC's to use in this sory as I cannot provide so many.
No alicorn/mary sue OC's are accepted as they have no place here.
Preferably colt/filly characters for story later on.
