This story is a sequel to Hocus Pocus

A few years have passed since the events of Hocus Pocus, and the lives of Ditzy Doo and her daughter Dinky have never been more exciting. Dinky's final year of study at Celestia's Academy for Gifted Unicorns is about to begin, and Ditzy's relationship with her coworker, Autumn Breeze, has blossomed into a beautiful partnership.

But when a figure from both ponies' past reappears, events quickly escalate out of control, and soon, Ditzy and Dinky find themselves wrapped up in what may be the greatest crisis Equestria has ever faced.

In this final chapter of the Shipping and Handling trilogy, two ponies learn about the greatest magic of all.

(Excluding the prologue and epilogue, takes place 3+ years after Hocus Pocus, and between seasons 8 and 9 of canon MLP.)

What would happen if the Elements of Harmony didn’t work on Discord? What would happen if Discord had won, turning the wielders of the Elements of Harmony into stone and hiding them away for three thousand years? And what if a curious Pegasus pony discovered the legend of the lost mares and set out to rid the world of the Lord of Chaos?

Marshall is in a rut, drifting without a purpose. Rarity is in a rut, looking for inspiration. By chance they meet, despite living in different universes, and find what they're yearning for with the aid of the other.

Fair warning:

Out of necessity (for various reasons), the story is told from the point of view of an original character. Character interaction and development is an integral part of the story's plot, and said plot really takes its time to unfold. Also, there's a man-to-mare element, although it takes a backseat to the main elements of the story. If you don't care much for any of those things, you may want to pass this story up.

...Also, I haven't watched My Little Pony: Romance is Magic, so bear that in mind when you consider reading this story.

Princess Celestia serves in the Cleveland Police Department as part of a cultural exchange program between law enforcement on earth and in Equestria. During her performance review, however, she is politely informed that policing on earth is a lot different than it is back home.

And then, of course, there's what's happening on the Equestrian side of the program's equation...

In the elite circles of Canterlot, cultured music is one of the essential luxuries for anypony with status. Octavia Philharmonica is one of the foremost classical musicians in Canterlot. Her music is at the very pinnacle of her profession, her performances highly sought after, and her talents attract a steady string of wealthy and influential patrons. Her talent, however, is not always enough on its own; occasionally, her job demands more. For the sake of pleasing one of her patrons, she must perform for a charity concert—a collaborative concert with her dubstep-loving friend Vinyl Scratch.

She and Vinyl must find a way to weave their genres together to create a new style of music for their patrons, all while maneuvering the tricky and underhoofed backstage politics of Canterlot society and the musical world.

A Winning Ponyverse story.

This could be Lyra's big break: she's the warmup musician for the first annual Running of the Leaves autumn concert! The audience will be huge, and if the musician does well, she could be on her way to bigger and better things! But it's going to be hard to prepare in the few days she has left, so Lyra really needs to work hard to be ready.

Unfortunately for Lyra, her mind doesn't seem to be at home right now. Instead, her body is being controlled by a very surprised MLP:FIM fan named Lyle Hartman. He doesn't know the first thing about playing the lyre, but time stops for nopony and the show must go on. So all Lyle has to do is figure out a way to get back to his proper world (and hopefully bring Lyra's mind back to wherever it went) before the unicorn is expected to perform on stage. Easy, right?

...Now if only Lyle could get somepony to believe him.

One last ship. A single set of coordinates. I have no idea where they will take me, but there isn't anything else left for me here. Although, the 'Magic of Friendship' is a strange name for a space ship. I'm changing that to the 'Millennium Falcon' the first chance I get!

A bright new day, everything is finally all at peace, at least for now, for the town of Ponyville. The Worst Nightmare is over, and the people have finally returned to a normal life, until a new resident decides to make his mark on the town. What will the smart-mouthed changeling do when presented with the glorious time off that he deserved. Will Ponyville be able to handle another T.E.S.T. member, and will Perry be able to stay sane now that he has to worry about his friends in the hands of the womanizing Catacomb?

Stanley Madison is a 24 year old college student that needs to write a paper about 'something that has happen in his life that has changed him as a person'. After a rough time thinking on the subject , a accident transpires really increasing the subject tenfold.
