This story is a sequel to A Lost Soul in a Dark World

Time had passed since the events in Canterlot. As for Twilight, who is still trying to get used to living in a new age in Equestria, still has nightmares about her time as Princess Black Iron. This has captured the attention of both the Princess of the Night and the nightmare that lives within her. In an effort to help both Twilight and herself, Princess Luna has taken it upon herself to remove these nightmares living within them. Unfortunately, this backfires.

Friendships will be tested, allies will be made, former villains will be reformed, and an entire nation will tear itself apart. It's up to Twilight and her friends to restore harmony in Equestria before darkness strikes again.

People always say that they want one last chance. One more try to do things. Regret is one of the stronger feelings that a pony can suffer. It is a reminder of something that they could have or should have done. Something that chases after them throughout their lives.

Sometimes it is worse. Sometimes, things change suddenly, and leave no time for anypony to do what they want to do. Things happen so fast that actions are left in stone, and nothing can ever change it.

There is no such thing as a second chance. There is only ever the mending, and that is a blessing for the healing it offers. When it is missing, nothing heals. When something is bad enough, some might contemplate simply lying down and never waking again.

Twilight wakes, and something is wrong. What could it be? She can find out.

But will she want to?

Ever wonder what Equestria's past was like? How did Celestia and Luna come to rule? And what made their rule a time of peace? Well I may have had something to do with that.

Name's Zack. I appeared in Equestria over 3000 years before the show "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" takes place. For whatever reason, a few months after my arrival, I was transported to the modern day Ponyville. What happened? Are the Princesses mad at me for disappearing like I did? I only helped establish the greatest country this world has ever seen and then vanished.

That... sounded more innocent in my head. Uh oh...

Edit May 24th 2017: IMPORTANT! I am currently rewriting the entire story and with that, many details and aspects are set to change. As such, it will essentially be an entirely new story, meaning this version of Past, Present, and Future is technically Cancelled. There will be no more chapter updates until I finish the rewrite, meaning that this version will not have a proper ending. If it's requested enough, I may do some kind of Cliffnotes version of how the rest of the story was meant to play out, but for right now just know that if you start reading this version, you will not get an ending. I will post an announcement chapter on this story and Blog on my profile when the writing nears completion and I'm about to start uploading chapters. Humanity has essentially destroyed itself and I was the lucky one who didn't really change at all, negatively anyway. Everyone was transformed to have animal features and even became feral, animalistic in nature and intelligence. Hopefully the new world won't be so bad, WHEN it comes about anyway.

After Rarity falls for a new prince, Spike is infuriated for wasting five years of his life trying to please her. So Twilight, being the good friend she is, decides to calm him down as much as she can. However, she may have been a little too nice to him, because later that night Spike begins to have romantic dreams about her. At first they horrify him, but eventually he begins to like them. Then he finally begins to understand why he keeps having these dreams; he's beginning to fall in love with his best friend, but will she return his affection or leave him out in the cold like Rarity?

This story takes place in the same universe as Symphonicdysonince's story Equestrian Eeveelution. While you don't need to have read that to be able to follow this, I would still recommend reading the first two chapters at least, as there's a lot of information in those that won't be in this. Plus, it's just a really good story.

After his sister sacrifices herself to save his life from Bill Cipher, 17-year old Dipper Pines finds himself in an alternate dimension known as Equestria, where technology and magic co-exist in harmony, and the people in this world are as assorted as a bag full of Summerween candy. Some of them could manipulate magic and cast powerful spells, some had wings that, of course, allowed them to fly, and others still were seemingly normal, but had great strength.

Moving in with teenage sorceress Twilight Sparkle, on whom he develops a crush on, Dipper soon discovers that he himself has the ability to control magic and cast powerful spells. But, little does he know that his old enemy Bill Cipher is planning to catch up with him very soon, and lay waste to the world he now calls home. Can Dipper and his new friends stop Bill, and will Dipper and Twilight live happily ever after? Only time will tell!

Set in an AU of both Gravity Falls and MLP. All ponies (and technically dragons) have been humanized to a certain extent.

Dragons. Beasts of Fire and Fury. Of course, two things obviously come to mind when you think of these creatures. First, They're completely fantasy. Second, if they were real, then you would have to end up running away from them if you don't want to become their next meal. However, that's not quite the case for me, and I have a big friend who could say the same thing.

My name is Ken. You may see me as just an ordinary guy, but I'm not quite exactly what you may consider as "normal". I'm a Scalebound and I now made a pact with Revaan, the last dragon of his kind. From he knows of course. Now, we stick together and try to survive against huge monsters, manage my new life with a few friends from other dimensions and get along with the local population in a new world that I just happened to wake up in.

Oh, and another thing. That "population" I was talking about happens to be a massive group of ponies and various other species. Some who aren't as warm or receptive to seeing us as others are. Let's just hope we don't get on there bad side.
