Believing the world to be round, some of the wealthiest traders in Antiva sail directly east, hoping to land on the western shores of Orlais and Tevinter to open up new trade routes. However, they instead discover a new continent, one with its own Breach hanging overhead. Sailing to the new continent, the Inquisition hopes to put an end to the demons pouring out into the world.

A great big hole opened up in the sky over Equestria, and fearsome creatures began pouring out of it. Princess Celestia sent her best soldiers to fight them off, but the creatures keep pouring out. However, strange ships land in Equestria, and strange creatures calling themselves "The Inquisition" show up and claim to know how to close the hole in the sly.

In 2161, the Federation was founded, making contact with several new species, their goal, exploring the stars, meeting new friends, and discovering new things. However, the worlds they've seen are only part of what awaits to be discovered. Admiral Wyatt, commanding officer of an Excalibur class vessel, U.S.S. Chestnut, have been called into battle against the dreadful Na'kuhl, a race bent on altering the timeline for their lost homeworld. Shortly after, though, they are pulled into a world with different physics, less-than-normal violence, and more than Starfleet could have even expected. {NOTE: This story is set for teen because there is major violent conflict in space, minor on ground, no gore, however. This is my first story that I have made so far, some of the chapters may seem a bit lazy in the way they're made, so I may edit them sometimes, and new chapters will be posted at random, so keep an eye out for any new chapters I post. It was a long six months, but thankfully it was finally over. After an uneventful tour of duty patrolling the Tzenkethi DMZ, Lieutenant James Scott, Helmsman of the Akira-Class USS Juno Beach, was glad to be rotated off for three weeks shore leave.

Crash landing outside a small hamlet town inhabited by Ponies, a Starfleet Officer must find a way to make the best of thier situation.

Note on "pre-Chapters": The story itself begins in the Prologue, though reading it is not necessary to understand the story; it just provides the events immediately before the main storyline. The Introduction is a brief description of the world the story is set in and the main events that shaped it. For a more thorough description of the Northlands and its culture consult the Note on the Elder Age. It is not a required read to understand the story, but it explains the religion, governments, and cultures of the different pony factions at the time, as well as the differences in the acquisition of cutie-marks in more detail.

Everyone knows that Sombra, the Tyrant of the Crystal Empire, got blown apart by the power of the Crystal Heart, but has yet to resurface. What everyone doesn't know is that he got blown across the sea of worlds, leaving fair Equestria behind. The problem is that when he awakens he has no idea who he is or where he ended up.

Will Sombra be able to let go of the past, and his hatred, in order to save a world he's never seen before? Or will the citizens of Tamriel have another villain to worry about?
