At the Royal Wedding, Chrysalis and the Changelings were revealed to all of Equestria.

But another mask was torn away that day. A mask born for a thousand years. A mask created on one promise. A mask, that has become synonymous, fused, to its bearer.

A mask that when ripped off, causes Twilight, her friends and Luna to question everything they ever knew about the one pony, one very important pony.

At the Royal Wedding, the meaning of the phrase 'Princess Celestia' changes forever.

NOTE: Chrysalis is NOT Celestia!!! That'd be impossible to pull off.

Trixie has lost everything: her career, her fans, her precious wagon. If she can't pay her rent within a couple weeks, she won't even have a roof over her head. Things can't possibly get any worse... but then Princess Luna brushes her off in a dream. The Great and Powerful Trixie sees that as a challenge, and she doesn't back down from challenges!

Trixie gets far more than she bargained for, and she soon learns that her life can get much, much worse. Epic duels, mysteries at every turn, truths and lies mixed into each new discovery. Being Great and Powerful might not be enough. Perhaps what Trixie really needs...

Starlight Glimmer has finally done it. She has stolen the cutie mark of everypony in Equestria and shown them the path to equality. From her new home in Princess Twilight's castle, Starlight rules Equestria, pushing everypony towards happiness and equality.

But one day Starlight Glimmer encounters a mysterious filly. A filly who is immune to Starlight's cutie mark-stealing magic. A filly with no name, no family, and no past. A filly who refuses to wipe that creepy smile off her face. As the filly begins to make friends with everyone in Ponyville, Starlight searches for a way to beat her. And what does the filly want from Starlight?

She just wants to break her.

Talks broke down. The unification failed. Hearth's Warming have never occurred. The Great Pony War divided the land, and fears of a prophecy forced the unicorns deep underground and into near extinction.

Almost one thousand years have passed. The curious unicorn Sparkle yearns to breach the surface to discover its many wonders and to search for her missing father and brother, both of whom crossed over many years ago. She is forbidden to leave the safety of her subterranean village of Unicornia until she discovers an orange earth pony washed up on the shores of an underground river. That pony bears one of the six Elements fabled to change the world.

Or destroy it.

A different take on alicorn ascension. Sixteen years after arriving in Ponyville, Twilight Sparkle is excited to have invented a brand-new kind of spell, but it will come with consequences she cannot possibly anticipate. Meanwhile, threats in shadows around the world conspire to overthrow the Solar Throne. With her world turned upside down, she will have to come to terms with the role that fate has dealt her while straining to keep Celestia in power.
