The following events of this story will take place during Season 4.

The mirror Nerhegeb is known to be dangerous, for he is able to shows us, what our heart desires the most. But unknown to everyone, he is capable to so much more. With most of his hidden features forgotten over time, it shouldn’t surprise anyone, when one of them is activated by accident.

One of those would be his ability to change into a portal to a place where your wishes could be fulfilled, should you ever get scared, while looking into it. But this portal opens only, if your wishes are innocent in nature.

This is exactly what happens, not long after Draco discovered the mirror in an abandoned classroom.

Dylan Rider, a six-year-old foster kid, has been placed in Foster Homes all across the state of Massachusetts, and was hoping that one day, his parents would come and get him back. But one day on a hiking trip with some other foster kids, he got a little woozy and fell unconscious.

The next thing he knew, he was in a hospital, in a whole different world, in a whole different body. Dylan woke up as an alicorn filly, but that wasn't just the only thing that Dylan was put into.

This story is based on Living Nightmare by Autum Breeze, but a little more complicated.

During one of her many passion projects, Twilight decides to try and track down the origins of magic and where everypony came from. Her library is chock full of various different theories, none of them very helpful. She decides, instead, to ask Princess Celestia.

However, the answer she gets is far more absurd than she bargained for. An answer so detached from reality that it takes a physical manifestation of it to show Twilight the extent of the terrifying source of magic and what it did to a once-benign world to render it and its inhabitants so fantastical.

That said, consciousness is me, Alex. I woke up one day, only to discover that I had turned into a pony, but I didn't turn into just any pony. I became a pony known as Lauren Faust, the mother to Celestia and Luna. Now I’m living in the Canterlot castle; I have a bunch of royals acting like children, changelings running around, and an ancient alicorn prankster stuck inside my head. All I can say is things get a little hectic.

Then of course, right when Hogwarts was getting ready to address first-year letters, the pulse of magic it generated to build the list of potential first-years met with Harry's determination, and that of a few others, and gave them some very unique opportunities to change their situations.

This story is actually a rewrite, believe it or not. The original version was a straight-up girl-harry story, and HP-only, so it never reached this site. It got stuck after just a few chapters, and has sat for months on "writer's block". And then, I got this idea, which made it into a crossover- and I believe it is a unique twist in the world of HP/MLP crossovers.

And if you're wondering why it was published with two chapters, that's because there are no ponies in chapter one. It went live with the first chapter on my Patreon, where my patrons have early access to future chapters.

A cold wind blows at two beings sitting on a lonely cliff on some far off mountain, wherein the distance one can see the border of the infamous Everfree forest, on another distant mountain, sits the glittering city of Canterlot and nestled between both lays a cozy little hamlet called Ponyville. Every inch glimmering in the light of the setting sun to the west, to which the Chaos God looks to and has an errant thought of how he liked it better when it set in the east. But that was not why he was here and he was not looking forward to the talk he is about to have with the gryphoness sitting silently beside him.

Turning to look at the gryphoness, with the snow leopard body and falcon head and wings, sitting stoically beside the god. At noticing his look she raises her eyebrow as she wasn't sure how to deal with the discordant being when he's all quiet and serious like he was now. With a sigh, the mismatched being begins "Nala there is something you should know about where you come from......."

Ok here is yet another attempt at a different type of story than my usual, first off you readers of my other works will notice that this story is not rated Mature, that is because this isn't going to be a clop fic or have any naughty scenes like in my others.

Leo had just turned 16 and passed high school, he had a life that you can consider ordinary. But one day he dreamed of a creature who was better described as outright bizarre, also having a strange and questionable sense of humor. But he just shrugged that aside.

An error on his part, as the creature who named himself 'Discord' suddenly pulled him into a world he had never seen before and with a body that was similar to his, and what did he mean by himself being an apprentice? What the hell is going on?

And why do the people all look like colorful horses?

Shining Armor has lived a long and happy life alongside his wife Cadance. Though they never managed to have another child, they've held the Crystal Empire strong against many enemies, helping to spread friendship all across the world.

But merely being married to an Alicorn Princess has not protected him from the ravages of time. Where many others would have to say farewell to their immortal children and relatives, something else is waiting for Shining Armor.

His younger sister, ruler of Equestria, is unwilling to say goodbye, and has perfected a spell that will allow him to stay with his family. He has little time to decide: accept the spell, or say goodbye to his family forever. It isn't really much of a choice.
