This is a sequel to My Little Ninja Turtles part 1 and part 2.

After the turtles returned to New York and saved it from the Kraangs that invaded it, Mane 6 decided to spend a few days with their friends from another world. Scar has returned, and he is planning a way to take down King Simba and rule over all the Pride Lands. He sends his army to capture Kiara. Once they enter Equestria, the Lion Guard must find her before they can find a way to return to Pride Rock and defeat Scar once and for all. Little do they know the other plan Scar has in mind.

Equestria is in danger, the Kraangs and the Hoof Clan are attacking and the Shredder nobody knows where he is, now Mane 6 and Turtles need to reconsider, leave differences behind and be friends again to save Equestria from these terrible villains.

(The story begins before Karai believes she is really the daughter of Splinter and after Mane 6 meets and defeats Starlight Glimmer)

Twilight and Sunset get betrayed by their friends and Celestia after making Cadence upset before her wedding. Feeling abandoned Twilight and Sunset teleported back to Ponyville. Soon a red-violet alicorn appears in the Library and offers Twilight to come with her to her home.

Megatron and his elite warriors had expected to teleport from the Oregon desert to Earth's moon. Instead they found themselves in pony bodies, stripped of most of their power, and forced to learn how to live like other organic life forms.

But Megatron has a plan. He will bide his time, learning about this new world and its new potential while his underlings try to find a way back to their home universe. If he can figure out a way to overthrow Celestia and conquer this land of ponies before then, so much the better.

This, of course, requires that his subordinates not act like idiots... and while he can count on Soundwave and Ravage, the same can't be said of Rumble, Frenzy, Laserbeak, Buzzsaw, Thundercracker or Skywarp.

And especially not Starscream.

A series of slice-of-life stories (with a little adventure) in which some of Ponyville's background ponies are more than... well... you know.
