This is a sequel to My Little Ninja Turtles part 1 and part 2.
After the turtles returned to New York and saved it from the Kraangs that invaded it, Mane 6 decided to spend a few days with their friends from another world. But what was supposed to be a simple visit and fun, ends up becoming a fight and action that none of them were waiting for, now the group needs to stop the enemy and threat that is coming.
(This story is not part of the same Equestria Ninja Girls franchise, this is my own MLP and TMNT Crossover story that I made)

Yes, but it wasn’t told in the stories (it’s just like those stories that people have already done this before but we’ve never seen), but in the next chapters will be moments when the group talks about when mane 5 became human for the first time and there will be flashbacks

That was and epic fight and Twilight can still used magic! That was awesome! And now they are still staying for a while to stop that world shredder! Talk about luck, oh and here’s a tip, when you go to the part where slash and Rockwell get mind controlled, try and put in twilight getting caught as well when Raph got captured.
Ohhh!! Shredder is gonna use that mind control worm thing again!? I wonder if he will use it on the Mutanimals and Raph like in that one episode. Or mind control the girls. But either way I would love to see what happens!!

The Gen 5 movie is coming out on Netflix in the fall. It would be cool to see you do something with that and the Turtles when it comes out. There is even a rumor that they are still doing Equestria Girls.

I'm still thinking about it, since I'm planning the story The Mutant Apocalypse in Equestria (And there will be Fallout Equestria characters) and I still don't know if Mutant Apocalypse in Equestria will take place before or after the G5 story (Since they are theorizing that G5 is passes in the future of Equestria in G4)

Hey, this is your story. And besides, it doesn’t matter if it’s from the future or not in G5. Just so what you think for G4 style. And compare to that, the mutant apocalypse thing is from another timeline where they fail to stop the mutagen bomb from going off since the true ending is the bebop and rocksteady special, but either way you can make it happen, just do it G4 style in your way.
