Alicornin, Draconequarp, and the Pony Tribelands. Each different countries, and continents. One eventually became known as Equesteria, and some Alicorns decided to butt in and rule it. Alicornin was ruled by Sir Concord, father of Princess Celestia and Princess Luna. Draconequarp was ruled by King Tumult, who's son, Discord, was banished for breaking the few laws the land had. Discord took over Equesteria, and, until the Alicorn princesses saved it with the "Elements of Harmony" they found there, which were formed from the harmony, friendship, and then the hardships found at that land, which made the land receive worthy calls of distress.
The two sisters banished Discord, accidentally bringing forth the day and night, for from the waning of the chaos, and waning of a great many millennium, it was practically predictable.
Now, Sir Concord is angry with some decisions his daughter made, and King Tumult is angry with what he recently learned happened to his son, who he wanted to bring back. After seeing their Declarations of War, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna agreed that they must take action.
How? A "Weapon of Mass Chaos and Harmony", also known as Discord. Now reformed and ready to listen, it is Discord who must harmonize the Draconequui and give a "little scare" to the Alicorns.

A/N and technical stuff:

A story with multiple perspectives. In first person the star is Discord, and in second person, you, a worker for a successful yet greedy chocolate company from Trottingham.

Crossover with Animaniacs, the Warner Siblings in particular, whom Discord brought to Equesteria when he was thinking of ways to wreak havoc.

I made this when I was watching an episode of Animaniacs, and I thought there should be a reason why Celestia wanted Discord to be reformed, and wanted to avoid a complete clop-fic.

Havaak establishes himself as the figurehead Alpha of Dragneel to the other packs. To earn his official status, Havaak is placed in a proving grounds competition, he will have to fight equally ambitious Alphas. He seeks the elders’ approval, but they are suspicious of Ihkerah and her motives.
Equestria tries to gather itself and progress, staggering under the weight of the outside world. Through the years, Twilight is still a simp for Celestia, even if she is more strict and less patient.

After the Canterlot Wedding disaster, the rebellious Thorax defected from the changeling kingdom to come to the land of Equestria, and with him came many changelings who agreed with his message of peace. However, Queen Chrysalis, angry at his insubordination, launched an invasion against Equestria.

With their forces spread thin across the land, Equestria has no choice but to rely on one thousand reformed changeling volunteers as an assault against Chrysalis's main army. But will the plan to end the invasion force succeed? Or is hope doomed for all?

Normally a fic like this one-shot goes the followingway.

Equestria appears on Earth.

Earth get's magic poisoned.

Conflict ensues between pro and anti-conversion forces on both sides.

Then Author tracking occurs depending on how much you like humanity as a whole. Yada yada yada.

This fics merely takes two simple facts about the Bureau genre and changes them: first the idea that Celestia herself is leading, or even aware, of the Bureau.

And second, that the earth attacked is a real life esc earth.

No, the rogue Bureau decided to attack Earths belonging to multiple other shows, books, movies, games, etc....and none of them are all that happy about it.

They also don't really do that well at the conquering part.

Twilight Sparkle was learning how to create portals with her magic as well as studying how they work as a door between different dimensions.

But one day, when Rainbow Dash flew into her study room with Fluttershy, they accidentally entered a portal Twilight was studying on and ended up in a different dimension! Unlucky for them, the portal closed right after they entered.

The gravity here feels different as it's harder to fly. There are weird "creatures", and there seems to be a weird power to switch between so-called "worlds".

Will they get back to Equestria, or are they doomed to stay in this dimension forever?

A thousand years ago in Equestria, Luna's frustration and desperation has been building for years and years as her social and political isolation grows, but just before Luna's jealousy and resentment can turn into murderous hatred against her sister, a new event triggars Luna's mental collapse and pushes her over the edge. When Luna by circumstance finds herself alone in Celestia's room she reads her sister's diary out of curiosity and discovers all of the disparaging criticism that Celestia has leveled at her over the years about how much of a nuisance Luna has been to her, but has been too polite to say directly to Luna's face.

Luna and Celestia had always supported and stuck with each other all their lives. Even when the common-ponies critisism and shunning of her was at its worst, the knowledge that her sister loved her kept Luna going. The realization that nopony, not even her own sister valued her or thought she was fit for the throne completely shattered whatever remained of her fragile psyche.

And so Luna just gave up...

She gave in...

If no one wanted her there...

Then she wouldn't stay there...

She would leave.

Everyone is aware of Applejack's older brother and younger sister, but it wasn't always the case. Applejack actually has a twin brother named Jonathan Apple. However, the family went to great measures to erase any trace of his existence. They acted as if Jonathan Apple was never a part of their family. But why would the Apple family conceal a member of their own? Especially considering they are known for being the most close-knit and industrious family around. Well, let me explain the straightforward reason myself...

After a display of dissatisfaction turns into a revolution, Celestia found herself meeting a most unfortunate end at the hands of the mob. Being powerless to stop them or even muster up the courage to sway their minds, Twilight flees Canterlot and vows to bring Celestia back to life.

Through this vow the young unicorn starts to venture into territories of magic either hidden, forgotten, or unknown. On this path she encounters creatures and ancient entities that boggle her mind and aid her in her quest, but Twilight fears she might be losing the grander picture. Is the end of her journey bringing her beloved mentor back to life or is she slowly being corrupted by the miasma she now wades through?
