When a mishap causes two para-dimensional weapons to colide with one another, RED Team's Pyro is sent flying from the Team Fortress 2 universe into the alternate universe of My Little Pony, where he is almost instantly discovered by Lyra, who shelters him in her home.

Having him hidden in her small townhouse isn't easy; keeping him from setting things on fire, teaching him that not every cart that passes by is cause for alarm, and that blue ponies are not something to be suspicious of.

However, with Nightmare Night soon approaching, Princess Luna feels that there may be something more sinister riding on the coat tails of Pyro's grand entrance; the first human to ever set foot in Equestria some thousand years ago...

It has been almost a year since Luna is back.

Twilight is granted the opportunity to show off some of her smarts by giving a presentation at the Canterlot School of Magic about life in and around Equestria. However, while she practices one of the transformation spells she got in a book from Zecora, she finds out a lot about the spell, but much, much more about her little dragon assistant.

Though the events of Discord are behind them, Twilight still thinks about the spirit of disharmony. Thoughts kept to herself, she realizes that some of the things she does remind her of him...and how she DOES miss him. Thoughts kept to herself, hiding it from her friends and even the princess, Twilight wonders what could have been if they never had turned Discord into stone. Would he still have been trouble? Would he have been someone able to be compatible with in time? Even Twilight wonders if his cotton candy clouds were actually as delicious as they seemed!
