If it's not obvious, AiE. And slightly less obvious, a Nightmare Moon and Anon story.

Anon Y. Mous is on his way to work bright and early. The same cycle that he repeats daily is interrupted by an open manhole that sends him down, yet not in the sewers as he knows.

With the round planet he calls home absolutely NOT under his feet, he finds himself stuck somewhere he thought only trained astronauts would be.

He is neither trained, nor an astronaut.
And lucky for him, the local ghost wants to pay a visit.

Comics lore don't apply here for good ol' Nightmare Moon. So uh, no Nightmare Forces.

It all started with an innocent “Hey bro,” and spiraled straight into cosmic nonsense.

Alex, a chaos-powered whirlwind in colt form; and Nate, a meticulous, stats-obsessed nerd with anxiety levels measurable by seismograph, are two best friends who accidentally trigger a multiversal glitch that lands them in a strange dimension… as tiny alicorns.

Now they’re stuck navigating bizarre cities, black market curse vendors, magical street gangs, and at least one dimension that runs entirely on jazz and nightmares. Nate is cataloguing threats, planning exits, and calculating survival odds with every step. Alex is booping monsters with rubber chickens and opening loot boxes labeled DO NOT OPEN. Both are desperately trying to avoid getting unalived long enough to reach Equestria, a place of peace, princesses, and (hopefully) adoption papers.

Their goal? Get to Princess Twilight, get adopted by Celestia or Luna, get protected, maybe get snacks.

The reality?

Vesper’s missions draw blood, the Green Víbora wants them marked, and something keeps autosaving their journey like it knows what’s coming.

One mission at a time. One accidental spell at a time. One brotherly “Hey bro, what if we just-” at a time.

The following tags: Narcotics, Death, Sex, Non-consensual, and Suicide/Self-harm were added just in case.

(set in the Dadonequus series)

With Discord's ego on the line, he drags Anon along into the 'EQG' dimension to achieve his goals. However, said goals involve interviewing the Dazzlings, who are less than thrilled about the idea. Will Anon and Discord be able to gain their trust to obtain that interview? Who cares? We know that's not why you read these things by now.

This story is a sequel to Dadonequus Discord (Book 1)

With the exodus of Chrysalis, Anon's life finally starts to go back to normal. Or rather, as normal as it can be when being the adopted son of the spirit of chaos. But new problems await him. What they are? Who knows...

But that new school Twilight is having built might be a bad place to start.

How does someone learn to be a baby again? To walk again, to play again? And how does a princess learn to be a mother—and to be imperfect?

Alex, a 21-year-old engineering student, is suddenly pulled from his world into the land of Equestria. But now, he finds himself in the body of an almost-newborn, forced to relearn everything—while his adult mind struggles to make sense of a world that doesn’t follow the same rules of physics as Earth. It's not easy when your body insists on acting like an infant.

Princess Celestia, a ruler who has quietly longed to hear the word “Mom,” offers to help him find a way home—if such a thing is even possible. Until then, she’ll take care of him.

Determined not to burden her further, Alex plays the part of a normal foal in public, hiding his adult mind to prevent any problems. Can he maintain the charade, or will his struggle reveal the truth? And as Celestia tends to him, will she discover that motherhood isn’t about perfection?

I wrote this fanfic based on a simple question: Why are there so many stories that approach age change with something like, "Oh, I'm a kid again… good to know" and skipping almost the entire childhood and learning process?

If you're interested, follow me on a journey of learning equine biology until midnight, making sense of the magic system with physics, reading articles about motherhood, and improving my grammar skills (English is not my native language—Spanish is—so there might be some odd phrasing. If you find any, please let me know).

After a rather mature young colt makes quite the impression on Celestia, she realizes she has a chance to experience something she never had before. So, she takes him in to live in the castle with her.

Due to my ever changing ideas, this story will divided into 3 sections. 1. Being Luminous a young colt. 2. Grown into a teenager and 3. Where he is a full adult.

Dusk Fire, who was just a human only a few days ago, found himself homeless, broke, and ill-prepared upon his arrival to his impromptu trip to Equestria. Unable to find work, the human-now-stallion signs up for the Equestrian Royal Guard as a last ditch effort to provide for himself and hopefully have an easy ride throughout his contract.

Of course, like any good story, things don't go according to plan.

Chapters (3)

There's a saying among the Royal Guard: "The higher you climb, the harder you fall."

Lieutenant Gilded Light is experiencing this lesson firsthoof as his newest reassignment landed him right back in the one place he spent years meticulously avoiding - Ponyville. Trading Canterlot's gleaming spires for quaint thatched roofs wasn't exactly in his five-year career plan. Much less becoming Ponyville's newest Guard Commander.

A promotion, they called it. He calls it cosmic irony.

After all, he didn't spend years adapting to Canterlot just to end up back where he started, dealing with a family that he had long since left behind and townsfolk who might recognize him as "Rarity's brother who ran off to the big city."

Between avoiding family reunions, maintaining Ponyville's security amid weekly magical disasters, and fending off a particularly nosy mint-green Unicorn, Gilded Light is finding that his extensive magical training prepared him for everything except coming home.

Sometimes he wonders if his second chance at life was really meant to be this… complicated.

[The beginning is set during the Season 3 premiere.]

A Soviet industrialist, Alexei Kuznetsov, dies in a tragic plane crash only to wake up in the magical land of Equestria. Guided by Discord, the spirit of chaos, Alexei is gifted strange magic that allows him to build a Soviet-inspired settlement. Balancing his structured past with the whimsical and harmonious world around him, Alexei must forge a new future while navigating the challenges of leadership, magic, and chaos.

A young businesswoman dies after a life consumed by the pressure to succeed… and is reborn in a world of magic, as a filly with a rare condition that alters her coat. At least this time, she’s been born into the warmth of a loving family.

Now she must adapt to a new life alongside her new family. But what our reincarnated protagonist doesn’t know yet… is that her siblings are destined for greatness: one will become the Princess of Friendship, the other the Prince of an Empire. And her? She has no destiny—because from the very beginning, she was never meant to exist.

Now she wants only one thing: to live without pressure. She doesn’t power, or a place in history. She just wants to enjoy her new life.

Everything was going well… until she discovered her talent: The ability to create illusions. And maybe—just maybe—she’ll use that power to pull off a few tricks with a hint of mischief. Sometimes, she even surprises herself with how much she acts like “Loki”… but unlike him, she could never lift a hoof against her siblings. They’re the only ones she truly loves.

This is a rewrite... or something like that, of the original story, "A Lazy Sister."
