When Cadance used the Crystal heart to defeat Sombra, an event which would rip the currents of time occured. That caused those who were close around the Princess of the Crystal Empire to be transported to where that event happened. However, the enormous magical outburst provided some...unwanted changes for the Equestiran travelers.

Now they must unite with a being of immense power and share his adventures if they are ever to return home.

One of the most violent and heartless inmates of Arkham Asylum gets thrown into the world of Equestria. Stuck in an innocent world he is forced to become its unwilling savior as more of Arkham's crazies arrive to cause mayhem. Along the way he meets a group of ponies that will try to show him the meaning of friendship and something about that yellow pony just won't leave his mind. And watch as something inside him slowly eats away at whatever humanity he has left.

Takes place before season 4 premiere

When Luna and Twilight discover the Forward Unto Dawn, they wonder what this could possibly bring to the peaceful land of Equestria. They have no idea what could possibly be on this odd object racing to the ground.
When Cortana awakens Master Chief from his slumber, she warns that the Dawn is falling to the surface of an unknown planet. Chief must find a way to get to the ground safely and survive in this new, oddly colored place.

This the beginning of my first fanfiction. It will be a continuing story until I decide to stop. I hope everyone will be supportive and encouraging as I write this story for all you guys.

Cortana has several problems, and very little she can do to solve any of them. Being stranded on half of a ship in deep space, with the clock on her lifespan slowly running out, she gets desperate enough to try almost anything.

She goes so far as to land her half-ship on a strange astronomical anomaly, in the slim hope of finding a method of FTL travel on it. Now, her latest problem consists of understanding the mind-bending physics of this planetary crime against reason, without prematurely going insane.

Chief wakes up on a new planet, and is, as always, presented with aliens he needs to kill in order to accomplish his mission.

Equestria witnesses the arrival of a large object from space, and has to deal with the fallout of it's destructive crash landing. Though the real threat the object poses is not something anypony could have anticipated.

(Knowledge of the Halo games is advised, though not strictly required.)

Hi there, my name's Abel, I'm the new changeling on the block.
Been living in Ponyville for three years. Been here a year before Twilight and managed to make a name for myself as a darn good accountant that goes by the name of Balanced Books.
Even got along with each of the Bearers pretty well. Well enough that Twilight decided to invite me along for her brother's wedding.
Getting past that shield the first time wasn't fun. Figuring out the plot behind the wedding, also not fun.
Did I happen to mention that any and all changelings who are NOT a part of Chrysalis' Hive Mind have a VERY good reason to hate her? Me moreso than most?
Yeah, that was torture.
Now all I have to do is explain to the bucking princessess about my true nature and pray to, well, them, that I'll be allowed to return to my life as Books.

In this world there is a stallion. A large pegasus with a kind and earnest heart. He appears to be the very picture of success and perfection with his modest fortune that was earned through years of hard work but no one is perfect. Finally, after traveling all over the world for work he has decided to build his dream home in a town famous for its unity and hospitality; Ponyville, however, life for him is going to become very difficult, as the very beings he fears most will soon surround him and his dreams of peaceful life will slip even further away with every new acquaintance.

The story takes place shortly after the royal wedding. This is more of a vanity project but if you enjoy it that's just splendid. The romance tag is pretty much only there because of my use of stereotypical romance scenes, I have no plans to foster a relationship but that is subject to change.
