Our Story Continues!! Mistilie Flare's plan to wipe out life on Equestria has been brought to a halt by Twilight Sparkle and her allies. Once the battle was over with, Twilight Sparkle used the powers of the Queen Gene to order the attacking Xenomorphs to take refuge in the ruins of Canterlot City. This command would cause the alien attackers to no longer spread death but instead, make a permanent hive. However, the forests of Eugora hide dark secrets and the Doctor, Twilight, and others find themselves facing off against two deadly enemies, and the Doctor knows one of them.

After being exposed to radiation and misfiring age spells, Trixie was forced to relive her foalhood in the care of a mysterious, possibly insane, stallion who claims to be from another planet. Now that he's gone, Trixie will have to make her own way using the skills he taught her and a few pieces of otherworldly technology.

This story is a sequel to The Alien Warriors: Journey to Equestria

It has been six months since the end of the Equestrian-changeling war. The Lunar Nightwatch, now renamed the Equestrian Rangers, live relatively peaceful lives with the ponies of Ponyville. Although the team has put down a few monster attacks, life in Equestria has become mostly quiet. However, back on Earth, a government agency which is in charge of the well known company that produces nerf and ponies has noticed that some nerf players may have been accidentally teleported to Equestria. In order to prevent their high tech weapons from falling into the hooves of magical horses, the agency sends in a hand-picked strike team along with a number of troops to do two things: capture or kill the humans in Equestria and prevent ponies from advancing their weapon technology to human levels.
