Crystal Caverns... Where Chrysalis trapped Twilight and Cadence in A Canterlot Wedding? Thalia's awakening reminds me of Voldemort's return in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
11 is more fond of teams than 10 was. As will become apparent though, this pony Doctor has a little bit of 11 in him. Not bow ties or fezes though.
I find it interesting that the Doctor's first encounter with one of his archenemies in the MLP-verse is his final showdown with her. Doc Perseus here really likes to play with the wibbly wombly, timey wimey stuff of Doctor Who. I've forgotten how deeply tragic Thalia real is. She's just as complex as any good Doctor Who villain.

The little moment with Thalia in the bell tower really reminded me why I like these stories. There is a lot of thought put into them. I'm really enjoying going through these again, and I look forward to seeing Thalia again, not only in next existing episodes where she shows up but in future installments.

First there was Tails (SonicTHedgehog), saving Sonic, but dying in the process, for which I cried from, like, four Ay Em, to seven thirty Ay Em. (A.M.) and then another sonic one where Sonics dad is murdered in front of him and tails and friends turn into soulless things, and then some pony stuff, and then this....

I am not sure what's more disconcerting here. The fact that Applejack is still alive -although Doctor Whooves "Follow that Applejack" was absolutely hilarious- or the fact that Celestia seems to have lost her marbles.
