Derpy may be a pegasus, but I'm not sure if I'd trust her to fly me so close to "I just don't know what went wrong!"

Just like in Aliens in London, the Doctor returns his companion home a bit late. I like how he realized he just did that again.

I like how Fluttershy is the first pony Twilight convinces to help her. She's so awesome. 
Doc Perseus is so good at coming up with creatures that seem plucked out of Steven Moffat's dreams... or nightmares for the rest of us.
Her appearances are definitely high points in these stories. Her feelings and brandishing a kitchen knife at the doll. (And making cupcakes out of it 
)

One of the best things about these stories I've always felt is the interaction between the Doctor and the Mane 6 as well as Derpy and Spike. Once again, that's what crossovers are all about! Pinkie Pie and Derpy though definitely stand out.
if it is thalia, i sorely wish i could jump into the story as my character for which i am named, and proceed to tear her head off with the spine attached. and then put it on my trophy wall. (rp is fun)

That's a tough one. Both are incredibly intelligent characters with some unique abilities. But I have to give it to Professor Paradox since he can go anywhere and anywhen he wants with a just a thought.
