This story is a sequel to The Doctor Whooves Chronicles Episode 3: The Monster in the Mirror
For their first willing trip together, the Doctor and Derpy find themselves in the underwater metropolis of Atlantis. However, the saltwater utopia is burdened by terrorists who wish to keep Atlantis separated from the overworld. With the Prince of Equestria visiting and the life of the King of Atlantis threatened, the watery city is about to reach its boiling point.

Hey, trying to remember if you said you will ever put Rose into a story, pony-form or otherwise, and as a new question, have you or will you put the Master in? From what I have seen, he is just as psychopathic as a pony as he is as a Time Lord.

I've only read two, well technically 3, chapters and I love this story!
I'm such a Whoofian. Oh! I just realized! A 'Whoofian' is a combination of a few different words. Now Doctor Who fans are (Though they may not know this.) called Whovians. I took that plus the word 'hoof' and added them together and wola! I had the word Whoofian! And from that day forth I called myself and a friend Whoofians. Now to come up with a plan to convert my other friends... MWHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
I'm going to make a Whoovian dictionary and Time will have this definition: Most people think that time is a strict line of cause and effect but actually it's more of a great big ball of wibbly wobbly timey wimmey- stuff. Also I WANT A DERPY AND DOCTOR WHOOVES PLUSHY!!!!!!! I can't find any.
If only I had an actual 4th Wall Be Gone. 'Cause then I could do all sorts of awesome stuff and some really helpful stuff too! Like try and find the spot where Jenny is and have her use her T.A.R.D.I.S. (That's the proper name of it as it's an acronym or I thought so) to go and tell the Doctor/ save Derpy and the others.
