When Scootaloo crashes into twilight during a magic experiment they get teleported to an unknown city that's burning and has weird creatures scattered in the streets. As the two separated stranded ponies roam around the city separately trying to figure out where they ended up, will they try to make it home as fast as possible or will they stay to help a species that's being systematically eradicated?

Edit: This entire thing is going to be edited and partially re-written somewhere in the future.

After a slipspace accident, Ale, a Spartan II, is the last survivor of the UNSC Enduring Ember. Lost, injured, and confused, the displaced soldier must come to terms with his new reality or risk falling into a terrifying isolation. All is not as it seems however, the super soldier having gained the attention of a threat that can rival even his strength and tactical wisdom. Will Ale choose a war that is not his to fight, or will he turn a blind eye as he struggles to find his peace?

For the most part this story takes place before season four, but it's been so long since I actually wrote this that things may slip through the cracks during the rewrite. I apologize in advance for this.

A Spartan of the UNSC falls into Equestria and has various shenanigans in the land. First chapters revolve around how he meets the royalty, the mane six, and the new world in general.

Spartan 027 has dodged Death's grip multiple times, but after his narrow escape from Reach, he is sent on another mission. The Spartan leads a team of misfit solders that overloads a covenant Super Carrier's slip space drive to stop it from reaching Earth. While aboard he encounters a Heretic Sangheili and a minor elite, who agree to help the humans if they help the Heretic's group of rouge covenant. The Spartan and Elite overload the slip space drive, hurling them into the pony-fied universe known as Equstria, where their troubles have just begun.

Spartan Adam-D014 was a lone wolf assigned to the UNSC Lightning. What was supposed to be a routine mission ended up with the frigate being ejected from slipspace unexpectedly, and with Adam landing on a strange planet inhabited by colorful, friendly equines. But something's not quite right... Adam's turning up in Equestria was more than mere coincidence, and Adam is determined to find out just what is going on.

The Sangheili are a saurian species of fierce, proud, strong, agile, intelligent warriors and skilled combat tacticians. They are named after their home planet, Sanghelios, and are known to Humans as Elites, due to their adeptness and skill in combat. The Sangheili formed the military backbone of the Covenant for almost the entirety of its existence, they fear very little, and take great pride in an ancient, honor-laden code.

However, this group of Spec Ops Elites, Grunt, and Kig-Yar have crashed landed in Equestria by way of a slipspace drive being detonated in the middle of the ship they were heading to, the 'Glory Upon Salvation'.

Now they have to find a way off the planet and back into space so they can continue their journey to the Blessed Path... by dropping hot plasma on human worlds.
But will they want to, when something they revere tells them otherwise?

Equestria, the stellar empire long joined together with the Covenant has commissioned an inquisition into the crusade against Humanity, such a monumental task falls into the hooves of the diligent Twilight Sparkle. Granted the title of Inquisitor can the Unicorn bring herself to admit the terrible truth should she find it?
but more pressingly can she survive the deadly battle of Installation 04?

Halo Crossover
Lima-030 is a Spartan III code named Dragon. He is sent on a mission with the objective to extract information from an Elite corvette and then terminate the ship. He does just that and winds up on Equestria of which he has no knowledge of up to this point. He also finds himself not just on an unknown planet, he has magically become the planet's native species, a pony. He wasn't the only one to survive the destruction of the Covenant vessel, a large group of ponified Elites appear upon Equestria's surface.

This story was started fall of 2011 shortly after I had become a brony. At the time, I had only seen about half of season 1 so anything that is wrong about the characters used are most likely due to this. I wrote the first chapter and part of the second chapter in a month and then stopped for what ever reason. I then continued and have about three or four chapters done by February. I didn't write everyday, just when I had an idea or was in the mood. I hadn't got around to posting any of the chapters before because I was busy and hadn't gotten around to it. The main character Dragon is a character I had originally created for a project I might get to called The Last Spartans. Basically, he is an experimental Spartan III that had augmentations that made him impervious to many human weapons and other things. The down side was that it messed with his mind causing him to have hallucination and made him destroy the wrong people and objects. To try and repair him, the UNSC scientists restricted his memories and emotions. He forgot his original name, his parents and younger brother, and when he rarely feels emotion, his anger is spiked to dangerous levels followed by sadness and pain.

This is my first fanfiction and I would like to know what things I could improve on. Also I hope you enjoy the story as much as I enjoyed writing it.

The Arbiter. That is merely his title, nothing more. He has no name, no family, and no future... until now.

This Arbiter, he who was born of hate and wrath, thought no creature, let alone a mere human, could ever best him in combat. But, he was wrong. In the events of the Halo wars campaign, the Arbiter fought sergeant Forge multiple times, each time suffering a heavier, more degrading defeat. And at last, just when he thought he had the pestilent human, the gods suddenly turned their wrath upon him for his failures, and he failed against the little human, and perished on the shield world containing the forerunner fleet... or so he thought.

The gods he followed may have forsaken him on that day, but another, more fun power gave him another chance, to begin again, in a new world of its choice. However, that power failed to specify the Arbiter's new purpose, and dumped the belligerent sangheilli into a world that tests his very patience every moment of every day. Will he finally discover the source of true peace here, in this colorful, pony-filled world, or will he burn the fetid, cutesy, scum-sucking, human-loving planet to its bedrock!?

...Probably the latter.

In the chaotic period following the fall of the Covenant Empire, the Shipmaster Vraal Rutaen does his best to ensure the safety of his race. For years he and his crew have fought countless threats, searching at the same time the precious Forerunner technologies on which depends the future of the Sangheili. But this is not enough. The Sangheili, once proud warriors that fought in name of glory and honor, are now without a true purpose to live, risking the extinction. But when they discover accidentally a new planet that defies every law of physics, maybe they've also found the answer to their existential question. All depends on the first contact with the inhabitants.
