The Toa of ice, Matoro has just died to save the universe. Unfortunetly, what he thought would be a peaceful death turns into a visit to a strange new world inhabited by small, organic, talking rahi. After some complications involving Brutaka, the other Toa Mahri end up here on a 'rescue mission'. They have to adapt until Brutaka can open up another portal.

Until something goes wrong...

Now the Toa and ponies have to find the ones who dissapeared all the while the Makuta are hunting them.

But what if there is more that one Makuta in the land of Equestria?

A strange mechanical being awakens in a forest, with no idea how he got there or how to get back. His mind is a jumble of memories and sensations. He has memories of being something completely different yet has no memories of his current body. He wanders the land, meets new people, and searches for who he was. Along the way, he runs into threats that show just what a Rahkshi of Sonics can do to a body.

Set in the Chess Game of the Gods universe. I do not own Bionicle, Rahkshi or anything of the like. I shouldn't have to include My Little Pony as I am on a fan fiction site for it.

One night on the road to Canterlot, Trixie comes across a creature made of metal and flesh. She proceeds to engage in an awkward conversation with him involving secret missions, powerful evils, and hugs.

Crossover with Bionicle.

While journeying between dimensions to try and warn the Toa Nuva of possible doom, Takanuva, the Toa that controls both light and shadow, finds himself in a world of purely organic and powerful beings known as ponies. Now he must find a way to leave this universe and continue toward Karda Nui. But there's something else in Equestria that shouldn't be, and a Toa may be just what is needed.

Takes place after Takanuva's Journey, The Kingdom, and Dark Mirror, but before The Final Battle.
The story takes a lot from the Bionicle storyline, particularly that of 2008. If anything confuses you, I recommend the amazing resource of biosector01.com.

After an accident with the Kanohi Olmak, Takanuva finds himself stranded in a new dimension and stuck in a new form. With no way to get home to his own universe, he has resigned himself to living out a peaceful existence in his new home, but his past will soon catch up to him in a way that could be disastrous for not just his world, but for all of them.

Before they could complete their mission, and rescue the last of the Matoran, the Toa once again attempted to vanquish their old foe, the Makuta, after he escaped from his prison. Instead of standing, the Makuta fled, prompting the Toa to follow, and step into a world unlike any they had ever seen before.

Set after the Web of Shadows, but before the Mask of light.

There will be gaps between most logs due the "missing" logs being relatively minor and not important to the story itself as they're actually status updates on other things such as experiments and such, which no one wants to read a lot of those.

Everyone knows the saying, 'No good deed ever goes unpaid', or something along the same length. In my case, however, when I discovered this odd guy kidnapping people at a Comic-Con and tried to stop it, said payment ended up with me in a world where everything's pastel-colored, and it's a virtual race of me against the world as I try to find all of the Great Kanohi scattered around the country. Oh, yeah, and for some reason, I'm now techno-organic, and I have to work with technicolor ponies to find Kanohi all around the world that grant me new forms of Toa.

We all know the Makuta right? Giant protosteel titans who have 42 assorted powers?
In this retelling, the Makuta have been around for nearly 850 years and have been gaining power ever since. Not the "world domination" sort, but political power. While the Makuta are the protectors of the pony world, they also serve as advisers, politicians, and scientists for the Queen of the Sun.
While Celestia was apprehensive of the Makuta at first, over the years she came to trust them. She grew accustomed to their presence and individual behaviors, calling some of them friends.
Then, the day came when Twilight Sparkle passed her exam. A small seven-year-old filly with the potential to level the city, raise the sun and moon, and grasp concepts of magic that even boggled Celestia's mind.
Yet, all that magic.
And all that knowledge.
Would be gone in a matter of seconds.
Replaced by a mind for mechanical and biological science. And a body of flesh and bone, replaced by one of anti-dermis and indestructible metal.

It doesn't matter. The mind was willing, but the flesh was weak.
