One night, Princess Celestia was gazing at the moon, remembering the incident that happened less that a thousand years ago when a bright blue light suddenly appears before her. Once the light dies down, a small blue creature and seven mysterious gems that have an incredible amount of power remained. Seeing how young the creature is, she decides to care for it for a while only to see it as one of her own. After seeing how fast it could move she decides to name him Sonic.

Spike knew he wasn't normal, but he never knew why. A few weeks after he graduated high school, he got a scholarship from G.E.A.R.S University, the most exclusive university in the Solaris System! G.E.A.R.S University trains young men and women to be Mecha Pilots, and when they graduate, they become fighters in the war that has been going on against a strange species of alien called the Shadowscythe. Will Spike be able to fight in the war? And will he be able to learn about who he really is?

After the ending of FIM, many Bronies have come to terms with it's ending, including our hero of this story. After his death from a bus crash, he came to the same Equestria that he knows, but slightly different from the one he knew. With his newfound friendship with the Mane 6 and more, he sets a course of the one place besides Equestria he wants to see.

Five years have passed since Twilight Sparkle vanished while visiting her friends at Canterlot High. According to Sunset Shimmer, she never came through the other side of the portal.

Now as her friends and family gather in Ponyville, as they have every year on the anniversary of Twilight's disappearnce, they are shocked when the very last last pony they expected shows up.

Twilight has grown in the five years she has been away, and has quite the story to tell. Of a world held in terror of a monster known as Sin.

And the quest to bring its thousand year reign of terror to an end.

Getting hit by a truck usually hurt's when you're awake during it. Not for me though; I got sent somewhere else by it. Now I'm in a land of colorful ponies, as a quite big, six-armed snake-lady with six sword's. And now I have some "sun worshipping" ponies after me... Because I'm different or something. All the while i'm just trying to survive. At least I got some friend's...

Weeks after the Battle Of The Bands, the Rainbooms are struggling to change themselves for the better, needless to say not everyone is open to it. But with the Friendship Games on their way, they hope to use that as a way to set themselves on the path to redemption. But when mysterious problems start to rise, everyone's looking at them to blame. Is it truly their fault, or is there something bigger happening behind the curtains?

Twilight Sparkle is a seemingly normal Unicorn. Sure she's the Element of Magic, leader of the Bearers of Harmony (affectionally called the Main 6) and has been the personal student of Princess Celestia since she was 10, but other than that she's just a normal Unicorn.

But that's all about to change.

It started off when she dreamed of a strange place full of stained glass and dark, shadowy creatures, and a voice telling her that she would be the light that would save this world.

And then the dark storm came, and the shadowy creatures from her dreams became a lot more real.

Fortunately, that was the moment she unlocked her own power: a weapon of light called a Keyblade.

Unfortunately she ends up being separated from her friends, and her world exploded. Quite literally.

And then she awakes to meet a duck who's a sorcerer, a dog who's the captain of their knights, and a mouse who also wields a Keyblade and happens to be the King of the "World" she was on.

Oh, and she's now a human.

So all in all, normal for Twilight has just gone out the window.

After getting a crash course in Heartless, Nobodies, Keyblades (which includes the adventures of their one friend Sora) and the ongoing fight between the Light and the Dark, Twilight sets out to find her friends and hopefully find a way to restore Equestria. And maybe make some new friends along the way.

But in the shadows, sinister forces conspire against her, and she may find out that her greatest enemy is the one she'd never suspect.

Will Twilight Sparkle prevail? Or will her Heart fall to the darkness?

The only way to find out is to read the tale of Twilight's Awakening.

Okay, so a bit of spoilery stuff to get out of the way quick:

-This story starts during Magical Mystery Cure, but immediately goes AU when they cast Starswirl's Unfinished Spell. You'll see what I mean.
-Kingdom Hearts-wise, the story takes place during the events of Dream Drop Distance. Mostly because I haven't played Kingdom Hearts 3 yet, so I can't write about anything that happened in that.
-Certain worlds that Twilight visits in this story will have their stories diverge from canon after she appears. But I don't think anyone will notice since that's already happened in the actual Kingdom Hearts games. I'm looking at you, Aladdin and Hercules.
-Some of the worlds that appear will be from Disney franchises that haven't appeared yet, but there will also be some worlds that aren't from Disney properties. I'd tell you which ones, but that would just be spoiling the surprise.

With the development of Duel Disks that utilize hologram technology, the card game Duel Monsters explodes with popularity among adults and children alike. It becomes so seriously taken and widely enjoyed, professional leagues and academies begin popping up. All with the dedication to dueling.

Not long after, Twilight's devices lead them right into a proverbial minefield with the detection of a mysterious reading. One that has never been seen before in their world.

What is this new, atypical magical energy being utilized by the girls' new foes?
And what does the sudden emergence of a card game have to do with it?

In a world now occupied by Equestrian Magic, is the threat of new energy and a crop of dark duelists be the final dagger?

One thing's for sure... Sunset and friends won't let it be without a fight.

Manny has never really had any friends beside his mother and father who loved him with their heart and soul but what happens when that is taken away from you. Manny is broken and believes it would be best to live the rest of life alone and in solitude but his curiosity will get the best of him because it leads him to an unknown cavern underneath his home where he gains amazing abilities and an unusual friend by mistake. With the monster who gave him these powers is still on the loose, Manny must learn the full extent of his powers in order to protect Equestria's citizens from the bad guys, find answers to his questions and see if society will accept him for who he is.

When Spike comes back from Royal Business he finds the castle attacked and his friends missing. With some help from a special Doctor and Mailmare, he'll take back his home and go through the many ghosts that have taken over his home to get back his friends.

Obviously a Luigi's Mansion like story in honor of the third game being released and Halloween just passing.
