Welcome to... MY LIFE— I mean—ROMANCE IS CONFUSING!!!!!!!!!

Masks. We all possess them, whether we realize it or not. Some are thinly-veiled facades that we wear to get through our daily lives. Others are hardened shields forged through years of effort and practice. But every mask has its cracks, its chinks in the armor. And when those cracks finally show, the mask begins to crumble and fall away, and you start to see what lies beneath.

And it's not always pretty.

NOTE: While I appreciate all comments I get on this story, I would personally prefer if they could say more than the usual "Great chapter, keep it up!" or whatever. What do you like about it? So... Here we are. Again. My story ended on a cliffhanger last time, yes? Well, here I am to continue it. I'm not quite dead yet... Or am I? I could be for all I know. Maybe I'm here as my Heaven or Hell? Or purgatory? Am I in Purgatory? Ah, thinking thoughts like this doesn't help.

So... I left off with Erlking chanting a spell and me being thrown through a portal... Right? Yes, right. Ahem.

I think at that point, my life took a major u-turn straight to Tartarus. But me being me, I decided to sit back and enjoy the damn ride. No point fighting what you can't control, right? WRONG! I WILL PUNCH DEATH IN THE BALLS IF HE COMES ANYWHERE NEAR ME! Ok? Ok.

Just to be clear, I am not afraid of death. No far from it. Hell, I'll head right into it and I'll even pay the toll. I will even enjoy the ride there, but I will fight to prevent it.

Huh? Then, what am I afraid of you ask? Well, read on and find out what a God is scared of... Hmm? I'm not a God? Nope, you are correct. But I may as well be, right? I need my self-esteem or else I have nothing.

I know I am not a God. I am not perfect. I'm the farthest thing from it. But I strive to be good. To help the innocent and the helpless. I have been hailed as a God before for my deeds back in Aleroth.

If not a God, I strive to be a Saint. This isn't Rivellon. I'm no God. I'm just an alien. A foreigner in a hostile and unfamiliar place, right?

ANYWAY. Enough rambling, let's continue shall we?

Twilight Sparkle's ascension into being an alicorn released a massive amount of magic. Most of it was released into Equestria, but some parts of time and space were also affected by it. Most magic fed into worlds already had the strange essence, or was simply explained out of existence. Only in a few places set around the time stream did the magic coalesce into anomalies, creating strange happenings, almost entirely unexplainable. In one long distanced world, this magic formed into a portal. What happens when a certain well adventured adventurer wanders in? Come with me, and you shall see an entire world changed by just one individual.

I highly recommend everyone try out the game, even if it is rather old. It's updated every week, and the potential it has is amazing! I do break canon a decent bit for story purposes, but the story the game has is amazing and can last you several days, especially the Devourer Saga. This game is a prime example of what a turn based rpg can be, and it is one of my favorite games of all time.

Ulquiorra Cifer was defeated at the hands of a mere human and died in Las Noches. Or at least that's what he thought. In the boundary that separates life and death for all Hollows, he's found by one that finds him interesting enough to give a second chance at life free from Aizen's control, and free to do as he pleases; he was just never told that his second chance of life would take him to an alternate world he never could've imagined even if he tried.

The land of Equestria is a magical place full of hope, and second chances. In this land where friendship is considered the most powerful magic in existence, can the Cuatro Espada find something that's been missing and learn how to live? Or will his presence be the downfall of the peaceful world and all of its inhabitants?

With a chance of a new life, a foreigner to Equestria may decide to use the situation for more than just a holiday from his new world. For a man struggling back home, with some well made music saved, he may yet find a route to easy success.

With technology that surpasses the music landscape, it would take much for someone to truly fail at breaking into the scene. Can this foreigner make it or will technology and inspiration lead to dirty industry warfare and tactics?

Rainbow Dash and her best friend have decided that they're going to go on every ride at the nearby theme park today with the hope that she'll be able to beat her fear of the roller coasters. Could she have more than just that planned though?

Saffron Masala isn't having a good night. Her father wants to keep the restaurant open late, simply on the off chance that they can pick up a few ponies who happen to be out late. She knows that it's just an attempt to make ends meet what with where their located in Canterlot. However, she knows that this might not be enough to keep the restaurant open.

Vinyl Scratch also isn't having a good night. The club she'd just played at stiffed her on the agreed payment all because 'she didn't draw in enough ponies.' Her roommate Octavia has tried helping her feel better but nothing's working. Maybe some food will help. If only they could find some place still open.

This night is unique, for these mares are going to end up meeting some very interesting people.

This wouldn't get out of my head. I hope it turns okay.
