It has been said that everyone deserves a second chance. It could be a decision made, a choice to make, or even to live again. Usually the last one is literal in the sense of having only one life to live. Unless you're one of the rare, lucky people who get a chance to live another life. I happened to be one of those few lucky people to be reborn again. Oddly enough, it happened on a Tuesday, a day that was going to be a normal, boring day. As to why I was picked... well, you just have to sit back and listen as I tell you my story of being born into a different life from the one before. In the year 2036 an asteroid dubbed "Apophis" struck the Earth and contaminated fifty percent of its water and atmosphere with an extraterrestrial pathogen dubbed "The SOL Strain." After two years, sixty percent of all human life was gone! With the world's governments struggling to keep their countries together; all seemed lost.

That is where my story begins.

My name is Chloe Cooper and I'm the only known human to be genetically immune to the SOL Virus. During the pandemic, I volunteered myself for experimentation. In order to keep me safe, I and three other humans were locked away in a vault deep within the Appalachian mountains. There these people, who I soon considered my friends, ran many tests on me and the virus, however after months without contact from above it was time to put the project to rest.

Cryostasis pods dubbed: "Cocoons" had been built in case we failed. 16,000 years later I awoke to sirens, signaling a whole host of problems.

And now? I'm the last of my kind.

Set shortly after the season 5 premiere, but before episode three

Romance tag readded due to a lack of a certain mare having a ship in the finale.

Normally, Ken wouldn't have minded finding an excuse to get out of school. However, being hit by a car and suddenly waking up as a strange four legged creature with purple fur, wings and a horn is not something he'd have chosen just to play hooky.

Now in a world he continually doesn't understand and makes him... now a her, want to pull her hair out, Ken must learn how to coincide with the creatures of Equestria, while finding her place in this bizare world that defies all senses of logic she was raised with. On top of that, she's now apparently a princess and has to deal with nobles fawning over her, including one male who she knows is definitely just trying to get into her new female parts to breed, and she'll have none of that.

Of all the things she could've chosen to get out of school, this was definitely not one of them and she just wants to go back to normal. Sadly, that doesn't seem likely to happen any time soon.

Though not pertaining to the main character, Romance tag does still apply to other characters in this story. It's just the Tag Limiter wouldn't let me keep Romance Tag after I edited the description a little, so had to remove the tag, even if it still holds some small weight on the story.

Hey, my name is James and everything was going great for me. I had a nice job, great house, loving family and the bestest friends you could have, but it all changed when I went to comic-con dressed as the legendary purple dragon himself, Spyro.

There I was checking out the different booths when a man called 'The Merchant' came literally out of no where and tried to sell me a power crystal from the Spyro games. I hesitated at first, but the price was reasonable so I bought it, but right when I grabbed the crystal I started to feel dizzy and that's when everything went black.

Now here I am stuck on a strange world, not knowing if I am ever going to find a way back home. Did I mention that there are also technicolor ponies that may or may not try to kill me?

Twilight is a brilliant student who's never had the time nor reason to make friends. That all changed at the beginning of the year when she stumbles upon a mysterious super computer and activates it. It's here that she finds three things that'll change her life forever. A super intelligent and life like AI named Fluttershy, a virtual world called Lyoko, and a sentient computer virus named XANA who has desires to take over the human world.

With the help of her fellow classmates Applejack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, and Pinkie Pie, Twilight must engage the evil computer virus, save Fluttershy, and one day shut down the super computer once and for all. But why does something like Lyoko even exist, and who made it?

James is a socially-challenged introvert fresh out of college; and with nothing to show for it.
Between fair-weather friends, sleazy bosses, and years wasted for a degree not worth the paper it’s printed on when looking for work? His outlook on life has gotten pretty jaded to say the least. Even his family ties and childhood faith, things he once centered his life on, seem to have lost their luster. His life seems to be going nowhere and he spends his time watching MLP: Friendship is Magic as a closet brony wishing that he could have one chance to make a life for himself. A chance for something, anything, to shake him out of the rut he is in.
He gets his wish after meeting the crazy owner of a mystical curio shop called Odds and Ends.
Now, James finds himself in the middle of Equestria where survival means finding a way back home or earning a place for himself in this new world; Easier said than done when he finds out that the Brony’s paradise holds a dangers and secrets that, unsurprisingly, weren’t mentioned in a show targeting young girls.
If he’s lucky, he might find help from Equestia’s inhabitants; possibly even his favorite pony! If his luck goes as usual? He will have to fall back on human ingenuity and the strength of his faith. Put simply? He’s going to wing it and pray he doesn’t die.

The citizens of Equestria are no strangers to the strange and unusual, especially when it comes to the Everfree Forest. So when the most dangerous creatures start mysteriously dying no one thinks it's unusual. In fact some believe there's someone or something protecting them. The ones who do call it 'the guardian' and speculate as to what it is. But all it is, is just a human who watches over Ponyville's inhabitants who wander in to the forest, and keeps hidden to protect himself. However everything changes when he meets an injured little filly named Applebloom.
