Damned if Anon knew why he was assigned a caretaker, considering he was a grown-ass man, but that's exactly what the Princesses had done after he arrived in Equestria. Long Path, an earth pony living in Canterlot, and his best friend, a griffon named Free Agent, set out in the company of Twilight Sparkle to visit various places and species to look into what makes them different, and hopefully learn how to get along with them better. Things rarely go to plan though, and along the way, they discover things about themselves, and find love, drama, and laughter. Then Chrysalis changes everything, and the fate of the whole world might be at stake. Their lives will never be the same!

This story is set mostly after the events of Conversations in a Canterlot Cafe and builds on the fanon of the series, especially changelings, so you might want to read those stories first for background material.

Anon decides, despite every bit of logical sense, to boop an angelic pony after exploiting her for chores. This could only end well.

After all, boredom is overrated, and the temptation to boop a cute angel pony is too great! Who cares if you could potentially be smited by pony-God, right?

A student gets more than she bargained for when a run to the store for a video game ends with her losing her life saving someone from death in Aisle 8, and finds herself face to face with an unexpected sight: An alicorn in the afterlife! Celestia offers the girl a new chance of life on Earth, a one-way ticket to Heaven, or a chance to try a hoof at being a hero in a chaos-embroiled Equestria. The newly named Twilight Sparkle opts for option 3, and with the help of her "cheat item", sets off to save Equestria with the help of some helpful(?) new friends!
