But when Twilight Sparkle joins forces with 4 other heroes from various dimensions, his plans are put at risk. It would seem that this Unicorn is more of a problem than he thought.

This story is a sequel to The Pony Guard (Season 4)

After Scar's defeat, peace has returned to the Pride Lands and Equestria, and with the new magical map discovered inside the new castle of the new Prince and Princess of Friendship. A map that leads to them solving new friendship lessons all across Equestria while also dealing with trying to restore order in the Pride Landers returning to their homes.

At the same time while Kion is still adjusting to becoming half alicorn, master his new abilities, and step up to being the Lion Guard's Fiercest and the Prince of Friendship, Twilight, the Pony Guard's Fiercest is still struggling with her mental scars as the former Princess of Darkness and the following consequences of her past actions. All while Starlight Glimmer rises to the occasion seeking to continue the war Scar started by recruiting his followers to ensure the peace never thrives.

Can the peace be maintained or the Pride Lands and Equestria succumb to chaos once again?

Scar is defeated and the Pride Lands and Equestria is at peace once more but nothing is the same anymore as far as Kion and Twilight are concerned.

After seeing his friend struggle with being accepted back into her leadership role of the Pony Guard, Kion decides that a vacation is in order for Twilight for her to recuperate. Although said vacation turns into an world-stake mission when they receive a message from an equally struggling Sunset Shimmer in Canterlot High, informing them that three new students have suddenly arrived with a thirst and hunger for power at the school along with the world with new friends from the Pride Lands past helping them out.

The Prince and Princess along with both Spike and Bunga all travel through the magic mirror where they once again meets their bonded friends human counterparts of her bonded ponies along with a reformed but mentally scarred Sunset Shimmer, who is still struggling with letting go of her past. The Lion and Pony Guard band together to form, The Rainbooms in order to compete in the school's Battle of the Bands in order to defeat The Dazzlings and their Pride Lander allies, before they turn the whole school against each other.

Can Twilight regain her confidence in order to make the counter spell they will need to defeat their foes? Will Sunset Shimmer let go of her past in order to move on and help her friends?

Ever since Nightmare Moon's defeat, the Lion and Pony Guard have become a great team together in protecting both the Pride Lands and Equestria along with dealing with the daily threats to the Circle of Life along with the peace and harmony to the world of magic.

As time went by, their efforts to keep the peace and maintain balance have grown tougher and tougher, and by the time Scar came into the picture, their efforts in dealing with him have come at a price.

Following the shocking turn of events that led to the fall of the Pride Lands along with the devastating betrayal of Twilight Sparkle which no one saw coming, the Lion and Pony Guard have to relocate for the time being, along with many of the Pride Landers forced out of their homes by Scar.

In order to defeat Scar and seek their fallen friend's forgiveness and reformation, they must figure out the magical chest containing the elements locked inside and how to unlock it. But in order to do that they need to stay true to their elements and prove that friendship is indeed magic. And that's going to be tough when Scar has eyes watching over them every second of the way as he nears total victory with said eyes set on taking Equestria too.

Will the Magic of Friendship along with the combined teamwork of the Lion and Pony Guard prevail to save the day, purge Twilight Sparkle of her inner dark side coming out in full force, stop Scar from taking over, and take back the Pride Lands? Or will the growing power and surge of dark magic be too much for the Guard to handle and save Twilight before it is too late?

Following the events of the Canterlot Wedding and learning that Scar has returned, the Lion and Pony Guard must prove to everyone from both worlds that the bond between the Pride Lands and Equestria is meant to be together as one. But Scar has plans for that and his ways to ensure that both the Pride Lands along with all of Equestria is his and is not going down without a fight in a way that will not only test that bond but also the Lion and Pony Guard's bond together.

This story is a sequel to The Pony Guard: Return of the Elements and the Roar

After defeating Nightmare Moon, the Mane Six and the Lion Guard team up where they protect the Pride Lands and Equestria together as the two worlds merge together.

To the Pride Lands end, the first and newly formed Pony Guard work embark on a series of adventures to maintain peace and protection throughout all of Equestria and the Pride Lands while spreading the magic of friendship.

The fic's events begin after "The Mane Attraction", but before "The Cutie Re-Mark". Also Cadance has yet to become pregnant. The reason the map isn't mentioned is because the fic was started before the airing of Season 5 and the official time this fic takes place within the canon wasn't officially decided until March 2016.

Not long after Tirek's defeat, Twilight Sparkle looks back on the Mane 6's victories over entities such as Discord, Nightmare Moon, Sombra, etc. but gets a nagging feeling in her mind: something's missing. Every time she remembers using the harmony powers successfully, she keeps feeling that there was always one part of the magic she and her friends were missing.

Later on, Twilight and her friends are shocked to find out that Tirek has escaped again, but this time, he's not alone. Thanks to his dark magic, he has managed to create an army of his own including with a band of "friends" that rival even the alicorns' powers!

The protagonists discover that the Mane 6's harmony magic isn't enough to defeat Tirek's army; even with the combined might of the other princesses and Discord. So, they decide to reach out to other forces for help.

Who are these new "friends" of Tirek? What does he have in store for Equestria?
Will the Mane 6 be able to unravel this mystery of Twilight's visions? What forces will Equestria call upon for aid?

An action packed epic containing characters both canon and non-canon!

Twilight Sparkle was a prized student of Princess Celestia and Flash Sentry was a loyal Royal Guard and both were proud citizens of Equestria.

Then one day, both of them are cast out of Equestria for a crime neither of them didn't do that before they could think, they're rescued by the towering machines Gypsy Danger and Striker Eureka along with their pilots.

Once rescued, the pair learn that they were recruited by the Pan Pacific Defense Corps or PPDC to help them win the Kaiju War with Marshall Stacker Pentecost giving them this option: Where would you both rather die; in some nameless wasteland or in a Jaeger?

With their choice made, the Equestrian duo are thrust into a war of their lives...

Once banished for a crime she didn't commit until she was rescued by Delta Squad. Now Twilight Sparkle must adapt to her new life serving the Grand Republic Army as a commando with Delta Squad. What does the future holds for Twilight and her new family. Will she ever return to Equestria again to face her past.
