One fine, perfectly normal day, Twilight unlocks the doors to her School of Friendship... and promptly loses consciousness.

When she comes to, she finds that her friends, mentors, other ponies she knows and even a couple unreformed enemies are with her, and her School has been radically modified, relocated and encased within a barrier. A strange little black-and-white bear tells them that they now live here indefinitely; the only way they can leave this place is if they kill a fellow pony and get away with it in a trial.

But Twilight has nothing to worry about. As long as she believes in the Friendship between herself and the others, there has to be a way for everypony to escape alive and well. Surely nopony would even dream about killing another pony... would they?

With Canterlot High's annual Summer Dance Party just around the corner, Diamond Tiara is in dire need of a date. Fortunately, she already has one. Unfortunately, nobody thought it prudent to inform Diamond of that fact.

When Diamond Tiara is accused of stealing lunch money from Dinky Doo, she is put on trial by her class. Apple Bloom, who believes Diamond Tiara to be innocent, takes the stand to defend her.

After waking up in the garden of an unknown castle, Ultimate Mail Carrier Ditzy Do finds herself trapped with fifteen other Ultimates by a strange bear named Monokuma. According to him there is only one way to leave the castle: kill someone and get away with it in a trial. Ditzy now must work with those she's stuck with and solve the murder of those unlucky. Will she be able to stop the murderers from getting free, or will the blackened get the best of them?

Author's Note: This is my first fanfic so if isn't all that great or doesn't catch your attention, you must understand that I'm still learning. Also there won't be any pony OCs in this story. All of the pony characters who aren't official characters on the show will pretty much be some ponies that came from my brain that aren't actual OCs. *Warning*: This story is rated teen for excessive swearing and an implied sex scene. Your best friend is so energetic, you can hardly keep up with her before you pass out from exhaustion. She's your next door neighbor, unfortunately, so you'd have to put up with her antics.

However, you have had a crush on her (or rather, the way she acts), but never really took the time to confess to her. That is until one night, when a visit to your crush's house turned into a sleepover.

In class, there's a certain pink-haired girl who sits behind you, and she won't stop pestering you. She pokes you, pranks you, talks constantly, and is very loud. When you get partnered with her for a project, you assume life will be hell for the next two weeks.

When she invites you over to her house to work, however, your initial image of her is shattered. But maybe that's not such a bad thing. In fact, it just might be the most wonderful thing to ever happen to you.
