I really wish I could like your Trixie stories, but your interpretation of her always feels off to me. She's barely ever arrogant or prideful, rarely has her usual character flaws or, in my opinion, personality. She just never really seems like Trixie to me. Mind you, I am not condemning it in anyway, you have your own view and write quite well. Your Trixie's are just not what I see of her in the show or movies, that's all.
I am curious on what is up with Flutters, perhaps she too likes Rarity? Perhaps she saw Rarity and Trixie talking, but can't bring herself to ask about it? If it had been about the new purse, Rarity would have picked up on Flutters eyeing it up.

7901177 Keep in mind, that is Trixie alone with her crush. You could see her all by herself (if you read the previous chapter). She had a scene where she wasn't nice. I'm aware that I don't write Trixie properly, and I understand that you don't like them. My fics with her are always to redeem her, which is why she acts nice. I want to make it different this time.

Oh, agreed, the awkwardness of Trixie at that time, you could feel it. Her being quiet and acting unusual around Rarity makes perfect sense.
Maybe it's odd, but, I just made sure to re-read it and, I can't find it. The most she does is make the bus driver suddenly stop a bit early and annoy a few people. It's a bit telling that she is impatient to get home, but she isn't directly 'not nice' to anyone.
Not trying to be rude, or make you annoyed, I am just curious. Why would you decide to use a character, but not use their personality in the way the medium shows it to be? I mean, I can kind of get it for comedical 'don't take this story seriously, i'm just goofing around' stories. I just don't quite get it for romance or redemption stories. At least, not at the initial character introduction. Once some time in the story is passed, the readers can understand small changes in the character making way to larger changes based on the events, but starting off with a different personality is very jarring for the reader. In my opinion, of course.
Hmm..that piques my curiosity. I shall look to see what you mean by that in the following chapters.

In future chapters, you will see my version of why Trixie is who she is, and why she's only nice to Clementine. I like Trixie, but I have a hard time writting her personality. Maybe it's because I can't really tell the difference between evil and mean. Her pride is a challenge to me. Trixie is asking Rarity to keep their friendship a secret, and there's a big reason behind that.

Heh, I understand that exactly. Some of the character's I find harder to write, or worry on keeping to their personality, yet making them interesting within that personality. Probably why I have never written about AJ. Some characters come more naturally, Pinkie and Discord are easy enough for me. Trixie took me editing for others, discussing her with other Trixie writers, and reading through stories before I finally felt comfortable writing her.
I suppose Limestone is a good example? She acts pretty mean in the Hearthswarming episode, but not evil. They are different, as someone can act mean to others, yet be a good person themselves. Or, at least, a neutral person.
But, yeah, it all goes down to subtlety, limits. Evil has fewer limits to what they are going to do. A mean person might yell at you, but you know they wouldn't actually hit you. It's like how Sunset Shimmer in the first movie was more mean than evil. She assured Twilight that she wasn't a monster, and had her henchman let Spike go. She had limits to what she would do to get what she wanted. Real evil isn't meant to.
At least, that's a shorthand way of looking at it, half my friends love philosophical debate, so I'm sure there are tons of ways to argue it back and forth.
