This story is a sequel to Dark Wanderings

It's been nine months since Twilight Sparkle got back from her solo sojourn to the Capital Wasteland where she met Ethan Smith, AKA that Crazy Son of a Bitch, AKA the Lone Wanderer and was changed forever. Now with Equestria teetering on the edge of a three way war Ethan is called upon to save Equestria, or at the very least to keep Twilight alive. But dark things are awakening in the background and all is not as it seems, can Ethan save Equestria? Can Twilight keep her friends on her side? Will these questions never stop? The answer to at least one of these is yes but can you find out which?

My name is Simon "Ghost" Riley. I was part of Task Force 141, an elite group of soldiers composed of the best of the best. Our mission was to take down Makarov, the mastermind of Russian invasion of America. The team consistered of myself, Roach, Ozone, and Scarecrow with sniper support from Archer and Toad. We didn't find Makarov, but we did find a jackpot of information. On our way to the landing zone, Ozone and Scarecrow were killed by mortar fire while me and Roach managed to survive. I dragged him all the way to the LZ but fate had other plans in store for us, specifically death at the hands of our own commanding officer. Shot point-blank, the shock and blood loss made my vision blur as everything went dark. I couldn't feel my body or when I hit the ground, but I could smell the scent of something before flames engulfed the world. I tried to resist Death's offer, but in the end, I gave in. I welcomed his embrace, hoping that I'd finally find peace.

Instead, here I am, alive and kicking in a world full of bloody ponies.

After being defeated by Cadence and Shining Armor, Chrysalis was stripped of her newfound strength and completely starved of food. She awakens in a strange room bound to a bed by several casts and bandages. A young colt found her near his home and tends to her while she recovers, each day bringing them closer and closer.

We the unwilling, led by the unqualified, to kill the unfortunate, die for the ungrateful. So much has gone wrong in these past few years. Soldiers are alone. The majority of the population are against war all together; the minority just doesn't agree with this particular war. So much is unknown; why we're here, what's the motives, who is the enemy? I'll tell you who; it's us. We invaded. We fired the first shot. We killed the innocent. Everyday we see combat; every hour another body drops. Everything here is earned in blood, yet rewarded with disgrace. We hate what we do, the enemy hates what we do, the public hates what we do. Yet, we still fight. We still find reasons to stay. That's what you do when an anomaly approaches you. You stay completely still and it won't touch you and float away.
So what do you do when a drunken asshole completely disregards your warning?

Scootaloo never met her father. Her mother says that he is a worker travelling overseas, but she had her doubts. One day a mysterious stallion visits her home, claiming to be her father's friend. Who is her father? What happened to him?

To answer that question, one must go back to the time when the Equestrians knew more than just peace and harmony: the age of global war.

Nightfall is over Equestria and the moon shines brightly as Princess Luna protects her subjects. However, a creature comes to Equestria in the night, crash landing inside the Everfree. Its arrival will spark a search for things forgotten and bring terrors into the peaceful land. Luna must put the pieces of a mighty puzzle together to protect her ponies, but enemies are around every corner and allies are few and far in-between.

What is reality? What is fantasy? Could this all be a dream? Or am I in the presence of a miracle? All these questions run by young Ellis' mind as he tries to piece together fact from fiction when he meets a strange woman with wings and a horn who looked like a princess from a fairy tale that doesn't exist. Who is this woman? Why did she come to him? And the most important question: where did she come from?

(Its a work in progress. I'm currently working on it as we speak and I promise you, the payoff is gonna be great. This story is one I've been piecing together for a while now, with many ideas and careful precision. Hopefully it turns out how I want it, and hopefully you'll like it. Keep up to date.)

The Sangheili are a saurian species of fierce, proud, strong, agile, intelligent warriors and skilled combat tacticians. They are named after their home planet, Sanghelios, and are known to Humans as Elites, due to their adeptness and skill in combat. The Sangheili formed the military backbone of the Covenant for almost the entirety of its existence, they fear very little, and take great pride in an ancient, honor-laden code.

However, this group of Spec Ops Elites, Grunt, and Kig-Yar have crashed landed in Equestria by way of a slipspace drive being detonated in the middle of the ship they were heading to, the 'Glory Upon Salvation'.

Now they have to find a way off the planet and back into space so they can continue their journey to the Blessed Path... by dropping hot plasma on human worlds.
But will they want to, when something they revere tells them otherwise?
