On an otherwise normal day, Fleetfoot comes around to Ponyville to announce a little try-out/competition. The prize: training under the Wonderbolts, and an appearance as their warm-up act on one of their shows. It's the opportunity of a lifetime for Rainbow Dash, and she's not leaving anything to chance. She's had it with the goof-ups trailing behind her, little blemishes on her reputation adding up to one giant stain.

So she decides to ask her friends for some help. Rarity's got the Crusaders mixing up some new things for the spa, there's no one around to catch her, and the fillies just stare at her so cutely, so she agrees to get a makeover. What she wants is a way to make ponies forget all the embarrassing things she's done.

What she gets is a few lessons on what it means to be a high-flying pegasus, the value of her friends, and the power held in a look.

Quite a bit of side characters to this four-parter, gratuitous rhyming in chapter 1,
general awesomeness from two Wonderbolts, Big Mac and other assorted surprises. Aesops are added later to get the look and feel of the show more into it.

Spitfire and Soarin' share a special moment after hours! Soarin' introduces Spitfire to something that she's never experienced before. Will she be able to handle it?

Rainbow Dash was given the worst possible news she could ever hear. Her friends want to help her through this, but first they need to get her to open up to them. But as they try, they are also deal with the feeling of what would happen if they were in her position.

Having returned from the moon, she secretly writes her efforts to seize the throne and notes the challenges that stand in her way. But if there's one thing that hasn't changed over the last millennium, it's the fact that she can't recognize a losing battle when she sees one.

Everfree forest. A dark and gloomy place, where no pony dares to go without a good reason. It holds many mysterious creatures, both big and small. But what if the forest was hiding more then just predators? What would happen if the forest raised someone like, say.... a pony?

This is my first story, I just started watching the show, drawing some of own pieces, needless to say there will be flaws in this...so many flaws.

The end is coming.

Vinyl Scratch and Neon Lights are the greatest DJs in Equestria, and ever since they first played at the same concert they have been the worst rivals. They argue and throw insults at each other every time they meet, something that their fans seem to approve and even emulate to some extent.

However, an earth pony cellist known as Octavia, Vinyl Scratch's roommate and best friend and an old friend of Neon Lights, suspects that they might not really hate each other, and actually believes there is something else behind their hatred. Unfortunately, whatever it is, only she knows, as not even Vinyl nor Neon seem to know.

With a simple little note from a certain blonde Pegasus, Forest Rain's dark life brightens forever.
