This story is a sequel to Equestria Ninjas: Friendship School

Some time after the events at the School of Friendship with Cozy Glow, the turtles and friends join the Rainbooms to hunt loose Equestrian Magic in their town. But when it proves to be too frequent they enlist the help of their mutant pony friend Blade Swipe to join them. As Blade ventures into the human world, he is followed by Friendship School student Bright Eyes who needs a break away from the school because of the Mane Six's paranoia about thinking any one of their students could pull a Cozy Glow. Will the two Equestrians help the Turtles and the Rainbooms quell the loose magic or will more magical mishaps be too much for them?

This story was written by author/artist jebens1 who asked me to put this story on my page. This takes place following Equestria Ninjas Friendship School, and before the events of such stories like Equestria Ninja Girls of Moo Mesa and I Love Being a Rainboom. So you'll be seeing the appearances of some characters that've appeared in stories taking place following this. Specifically more human allies of the Turtles from New York.

At the brink of dawn, something crashes on the Everfree Forest, causing untold amounts of damage and displacing many creatures that called the dark and foreboding forest their home. When the dust settles, a massive construct of metal is revealed to be the perpetrator.

Lyra Heartstrings, as well as the rest of Ponyville, approach the ominous edifice only to find there's something inside...

...And that something really doesn't like ponies investigating its home.

The three girls will understand love, loyalty, and kindness from their one respectful and loving friend...Michael!

This is a rewrite of the A Mega Blast from the Past series.

Twilight Sparkle, now the new high Princess of Equestria, has been having a meeting of the Council of Friendship. But since then, things haven't been quite alright. Since Twilight has moved into Canterlot Castle, Nyx (from Past Sins) and Joshua (from New Life in Equestria) have been having a tough time since they transferred from the Ponyville Schoolhouse to a school in Canterlot. But things have been getting a bit complicated when an unknown magical force surrounded all of Equestria and beyond it's border, sending all of the creatures there so an entirely different place, transforming all of them (Except for Joshua) into humanoid versions of their original bodies.

Things might get a bit complicated when one of that world's governments attempt to take over Equestria as part of their own custody, but the only way for them is to get the help of the creatures similar to what they have become, some of which in a group called the Freedom Fighters, being led by the legendary hedgehog, Sonic the Hedgehog.

Nyx was created by Pen Stroke. Joshua and Guard Armor were created by jkreader.

The Mane 6 and the rest of Equestria have now gotten used to the forms they have taken when their entire continent end up on Earth, and now they have a lot of new friends, including Sonic the Hedgehog. Now it comes to all new adventures, new threats, and even new things to learn about. Even if some of those new threats are some things that they're not expecting. Even with some of the Freedom Fighters had split up, knowing that they don't have to fight for their freedom of rights anymore.

After the defeat of Queen Chrysalis and King Sombra, and Twilight becoming an alicorn and new princess, The Mane 6 and Spike send an invitation to Sonic and friends so they can celebrate with her. All things are going well, until a mysterious pony steals Twilight’s crown and escape into a portal, which leads to a different world. Making no hesitation, Sonic jumps in first as Tails, Amy, Twilight, Knuckles, and lastly Spike following along.

The new world they ended up in was completely different from Equestria, but the big change was that Twilight was a human. Sonic, Tails, Amy, and Knuckles were that same, except they were taller now. And Spike was a dog. With these changes, they must face school itself in order to get the crown back.
